Great 7-11

Usually goes to this store to by stuff, I work close by. I noticed that the counter Lady is kind of rude to customers and is always in a rush, like she is doing everything in the store (cleaning, counter, organizing store and more) when someone get in the store she gets upset because she have to stop other thing she is doing and go to the counter. I do noticed that sometimes she is by her self, if that is the case you need to get more employees.

He not only tried not to give me my change and didn’t even id me

Was just there and cashier was trying to be slick and put different code in register..code was.. "DblWlThrmoCupSel20oz".So I got charged $2.79 instead of $1.49..I really think it wasn't a mistake..probably does it to every customer

Manager Ali got extremely unprofessional with me today i work at pilgrim i come everyday I spotted these sandals advertised for 6.99 on the rack i grabbed 2 pairs i ring my things up i see 11.94 each. I asked him about it and he got aggravated with me told me that although it says 6.99 that isn’t the correct item that maybe i need glasses because in small letters on the tag it’s say aqua booster. never going back rather go to the 711 by brentwood now. Thanks ali!!!!

Went this morning for French Vanilla Cappuccino from the machine - got home it's not French Vanilla. Large coffee $2.79 all other 7 elevens .99 cents. They offer to donate bananas if you purchase them but not a single employee knows how or to whom they are actually donated to. Won't be going back. Horrible, this store is a disappointment.

Stopped in twice because this 7-11 is directly next to the hotel I was staying at. Stopping in twice was more then enough. Rude and plain dumb. I’ll be back to the hotel again in the very near future but will not be going back to this location.

Service is very rude employees work there they don’t know how to speak with the customers there is some Indian or Pakistani people working here and they would know nothing about register I went there one day and I want to buy gift card for my kid and the guy said I can purchase gift card on my debit card and a gift card was Xbox gift card And I buy Xbox gift card from 7 Eleven every time and I really don’t like their service and people are very rude and this Sam alone they should know how to speak with customer and they not wearing gloves. When I left from there and they crushing me Pakistani or Indian language and they don’t know I understand and I’m very Disappointed left from there

Woman at counter is rude, impatient and nasty. I tried to get my bar code scanned and the representative had NO PATIENCE.
