BCG is a great card shop staffed with great and knowledgeable employees who work to create an inviting and inclusive environment. A wonderful place to meet up or make new friends and sling some spells!

Revised review: Although there is a 3.99% fee for using a debit/credit card at this store, the owner was very quick to respond and offer a resolution. Good customer service from the owner outweighs the oversight of an employee on a busy evening. They have an amazing dice selection, so I’m glad to have worked things out.

Very welcoming environment! I am a beginner, just starting to get into DND and Magic, but everyone in the shop is helpful, understanding, and friendly. I’ve been learning a lot and having a great time!
Also, huge thanks to the shop owner Shane who actually went out of his way to introduce himself and ask how I was enjoying the shop. Really nice to feel welcomed. Definitely check it out!

Shane is awesome! Lets you know about getting product in stock and when it should be arriving! not much of a pokemon selection but he was stocked up on brilliant stars and told me he would also have astral radiance when it releases! they have an INSANE magic collection there too. def a must stop by for any magic players.

This shop serves the community as a safe haven for anyone that enjoys playing card games or board games. The store is always in good stock and every time I'm there something new catches my eyes; Whether it be a single card, new figurine, or simply dice. I've been coming here for years and it's amazing to see this business continuously growing. Come and experience competition in a leisure-like environment.

I was in the need of a special gift for someone very special to me. I knew that he frequented Brass City Games and had expressed to me how much he enjoyed the atmosphere and people there.

I became to know this personally when I called to ask if they could help me set up a gift there for him. They were extremely friendly and helped me set up a gift account for him to enjoy at his own leisure. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and compassion on the matter since it's very difficult to get something special for a wonderful man that lives half way across the country. They gave me the greatest gift ever in return. To be able to see a smile on the face of the man I care for the most in life.

The people there are really great. I play Dungeons and Dragons at 6:00 at Saturday to whenever they want to close. I play Magic the gathering there I'm always looking for a fight.

STORY TIME EVERYBODY!!!!!! Here is the background of Brass City Games, They started in California there the business was booming. Then they decided lets move I have no idea why though. Still they became into Shadowbrooke Games. Business was good but, they couldn't pay there expenses. In the summer they shut down ;(. Now they are we they are now with good owners, good people, and really good stock.

I know nothing of dungeons and dragons and my friend wanted d&d stuff for xmas so I had gone to a gaming store in the mall and they did nothing at all to help me grasp the game and help me get everything he would need. Then I come to this store and I tell them my limit was 200 and they helped me grab everything he would need. I was in and out in less than 20 with not a single issue. They also didnt try to pressure me into buying more than my limit so they clearly arent here to nickel and dime everyone. A very helpful guy or girl at the front counter is always a must for a business. And from the looks of it the owner reaponds to every review personally and professionally. Its all around a great place and the perfect idea of what a business should focus on, just trying to enjoy the game. Just all around respectable place

I don't play card games anymore (specifically magic), but I used to go here all the time. Their prices are cheaper than online prices and they have great and helpful staff. Even if you are new to any card game, they'll be willing to help you out! Great store with great prices, would recommend going here if you are a card game or board game enthusiast!

Brass city is a great place to not only get the games you are looking for, whether they are board games, card games, or some old fashion Nintendo games, but to relax in an open and friendly environment. During the weekdays you have time to build, create and talk, weekends are normally busy for tournaments, but they always have room for people who are learning or just want to chill.

The only thing I would suggest, is try them out. Stop for a chat, look, and play.

The staff are great and are always have a welcoming tone ! They are always willing to help new players learn the game and strategies. I highly recommend new players coming to this store !

Wonderful place with welcoming pleasant staff and customers. Would recommend to any gamers, especially those who play Magic the Gathering. They offer both FNM and release nights for new sets.

One of the best game stores I've ever been too. Always friendly. Always helpful. Magic the gathering, board games, other TCGs. It's another home for me.

I stopped in because the shop showed up on my map and I am glad I did! The store has a good selection on multiple formats, the employee was friendly and helpful, and the prices were great. I recommend that you stop in if you are in the area, you will probably find something you are looking for.

This is easily the #1 card shop around. Too many card shops you go to have nothing but elitists where you feel like if you don't say all the terminology, you will get torn apart and shunned away from the group of regulars. Over here at Brass City, you get none of that! A place to actually play cards and have fun, not to see who you can screw over the most and get the best deals out of trades. Probs to Joe and Shane for not falling into the mean reputation that surround most card shops.

The floor unleveled. Someone can trip and file a lawsuit and I'll be mad when it happens. The owners are extremely rude and only want a certain kind of demographic in there.

Shane and his staff are knowledgeable and personable. The atmosphere is inviting and the store's prices are excellent. This store will always go above and beyond to service their customers.

Great customer service and community. Despite I'm not a regular, they were all warm and welcoming, promos also look pretty good.
