Placed an online order, thought it was going to be shipped.
I called the store to find out what happened with the order. They said it was selected for in-store pickup. Not being from Columbus or being able to make the trip. Robbie I believe was able to ship the item to my home.
I was so pleased with his help that I bought a hoodie for my son. Thanks again for all your help. The staff in and around Nationwide Arena is wonderful and one of the main reasons we bought season tickets for next year.

Was just there to exchange a shirt. Clerk was extremely helpful, knew the product, knew the inventory And I was in and out with my New Jersey in about 10 minutes

Fantastic employees! Tons of help! Had trouble locating a specific jersey. Decided to call the store to see if they had any available. Ends up they did! They even put one behind the counter for me so I that it was there when I came to pick it up.
