Bel Air

We went shopping on Thursday afternoon around 1pm. The young bagger with glasses packed everything well. He helped us out to our car--I have a baby and a toddler so that was a huge bonus and he was very courteous. I went back on Friday evening because the checker rang up something twice and I had trouble with a digital coupon deal so the worker at the self-checkout explained the app to me and she corrected the price.

Best store for customer service I've been to in a long time 5 stars !

I will drive outta my way for good service and a clean environment, and this Belair is 100% better than Raley's on Truxel. The Deli is very clean, Bakery is well stocked and clean.

Fruits, vegetables, meats all the best. Love that they tell you the local Farm names for the produce and meats. Thank you!!

Bel-Air Market is always cleaned and organized. Most of the employees are helpful and friendly. Great place to purchase groceries!!

We ordered two birthday Bundt cakes online since we're from out of town and were coming to the area to celebrate two family members' birthdays. Oh my goodness, the Bundt cakes were AMAZING!!! Seriously good cakes! We got one vanilla and one chocolate and both were equally delicious and very moist. We will definitely be making trips to the Bel Air bakery for these cakes in the future. And the bakery staff were very nice and helpful.

I’m new to this area but this Bel Air is my go to store! They have everything you need and don’t need 🤣 It’s one of those stores that you go to with a list that has couple of things on it, but then you end up coming out with a shopping cart full of everything you needed plus so much more! They have an excellent variety of everything! You can go in to grab a quick bite at the deli or Chinese food but honestly there is so much more. The store is very clean and always stocked! The staff is courteous and very helpful. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Moved here from Mountain View. We have been here 12 years. This has been our go to store. We live off of El Centro and San Juan. I appreciate their practicing all covid protocols. They have sanitizers and wipes at the front door. I recognize the regular patrons who typically shop on Mondays when we do. The staff has always been friendly. They are more expensive than other big stores (i.e., Safeway, Raleys, Foodco and FoodMaxx) in the area. Most of the residents here are seniors or are approaching senior status. For that reason, the owner needs to get more handicapped carts. My recommendation is if they partnered with Instacart like Raleys, FoodMaxx, FoodCo and Safeway, the owner would increase his revenue. Many people are using Instacart. Some started because of the pandemic, others because we are seniors and some because they are disabled Vets and can't get around easily. I hope the owner takes note of this. This is a clean store so thanks for providing courteous service and products.

My husband and I go to this Bel Air just for the Chinese food. We love the Peking Pork, along with the other dishes. Also, the people that run it are excellent!! They are always so kind and it is always a pleasure to greet them. Positive and happy always! We look forward to our next visit! :o)

I absolutely love bel air! I went in today. It was blistering hot outside and the store was a perfect cool temperature. Not too cold but not warm at all just perfect. I love the hot food. We finally decided on some california rolls! They were delicious. I just love this store!!!

Clean, friendly, and well stocked!!!

This is a very standard grocery store with some high quality items. They have a great bakery and have a nice selection of meat that include: steak, pork, chicken, and a lot of seafood. They also have a fairly big sushi collection which you don"t usually see in Bel Air.

I love this grocery store having been to all stores in proximity. It isn't centrally located although it is easy to get to and one block from the freeway. So, it feels more like a smaller neighborhood store but a top notch store. I know people who travel 20 miles passing across other stores just to shop there.

They can be a little pricey. The store is clean. The cashiers, everyone I have dealt with, are nice people. They have good already cooked food... and Jazz makes excellent sandwiches.

I Love Shopping in the Raley's Of Bel Air, the one across the street from where I live has Great Personal working in it. I have shopped in the Raley's Of Bel Air on Arena Blvd. twice now.I was blown away by the size of this store. The personal working in this store are Great. Both of these store's are very clean. I went to the Raley's on Arena Blvd. to pick up a made to order custom birthday cake. The lady that worked in the bakery made a marble birthday cake for me with vanilla pudding, banana chunk's, white butter cream icing with fun fetty on the top. Boy was it really good, & the person that I bought it for was, really happy.

This is the best grocery store in the Sacramento area. No matter what I need, they have it or they get it. The deli, meat department and bakery are the best. Produce is always fresh and mostly locally grown. I look forward to grocery shopping and visiting with the employees on each trip. They're friendly, helpful and they remember you by name. The lady that does corsages in the floral department can be extremely rude (I'll update with her name later), so I suggest not dealing with her. She went as far as to tell me her manager took my order wrong and didn't know what he was doing. I stopped purchasing from the floral department because of her, but I do miss getting my weekly flower bouquet. They were gorgeous and really brightened everything up!

I live right next to this store and always enjoy my experience there. The people are friendly usually welcoming to me. I can usually even get better deals then Walmart and Safeway if you shop on their Monday deals and use the something extra program they offer. Always recommend this for any friends.
