Very helpful staff. They answered all my questions! They ran a diagnostic test for a check engine light. Found my issue and I was able to fix the issue myself! Thanks AutoZone!

Made myself head down to my local AutoZone for two things: new brighter headlights (halogens), and to get my battery tested. The associate who helped me was professional, and kind. I sadly cannot recall his name. Surprisingly, my 12V battery passed. Near perfect health.

The older gentleman by the name of Frank helped me this evening was very efficient and quick about getting me taken care of. He was also helpful to the customer before me. It was a pleasure experiencing good customer service.

Every time I come into AutoZone in Vandalia, these people are amazing. They always go above and beyond. Today, Barbara and Tracy put all their grease elbow into getting these screws off my license plates.😂😂😂

I stopped cause I needed a low beam light and it put in for me. Frank M. helped me and I learned few things. I appreciate the fact he was able to do this so I could work that evening. Thanks so much!

The guys who work here went above and beyond beyond to help me when I came in with an unexpected car issue during a road trip! Tony was amazingly helpful and was able to find someone to come and help me with a repair when I urgently needed to get back on the road and no nearby shops were open. I could not be more thankful and I hope he is recognized for the amazing employee he is!

They were helpful and kind, explaining the windshield wiper options and cost ranges. I had no idea they would also put them on the car for us for free!

I bought a battery at the vandalia location that was still under warranty that was showing acid build up on the negative terminal. Tony moody greeted and assisted imediately when Icame into the store. He tested the battery and determined it was faulty. I was able to get a replacement with a partial discount. He also assisted me to remove and replace the battery. He was pleasant efficient and very knowledgable. I was extremely greatful for the needed help and great service.

These people are super, they always helpful. They even put my new battery in. I love going to AutoZone. These people work very hard to help you and do a great job.

I was running late to work but my A/C was not working. I assumed and hoped it was low on anti freeze. Its an hour long drive to work so not having it sucks so i tried to squeeze this fix in.
Phil whitehair was very efficient. Showed me where my antifreeze was supposed to go and pointed out how the A/C was not engauging the belt correctly because it was pushing back and out the sides of the cans nozzel. Very effictive troubleshoot and teaching moment.

Edit: several years later and I found my relay was bad and needed replaced. The mag clutch on the compressor wasn't getting a signal from the computer after checking the thermometer 😅

Went here and bought an air compressor, it didn't work very well and was faulty and I had no problem taking it back as it failed to meet the air pressure that was stated on the box. The person behind the counter said they had trouble with that one I'm kind of wondering why they didn't say that when I bought it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE, always amazing service and they have EVERYTHING I've needed, even the hard to find parts.

Joseph the parts manager was so helpful in assisting my husband with changing my car’s alternator! Helped give us the tools to do so since we were away from home when it went out.

They were awesome. We were stranded at the flying j's in are semi and first thought we figured out the part and he rushed it right over to us . It wasn't the right one he got us the number to the closest dealership. Then we needed a couple tools to do the job. And both times they were there in like 5 mins. Thank you so much for your help very much appreciated.

Benjamin Masters helped us with all our needs after our local Autozone gave us the wrong parts. He quickly exchanged them, got us what we needed and more. He was also very personable. Think I will travel the distance to go here from now on instead of the one on Salem in Trotwood.

I was having some battery issues with a battery that I bought them back in June of last year they had a special order because they didn't carry this brand of battery and they were so helpful put the battery on a charger and then they test the battery and they said it was bad it wouldn't hold so I had them to call the battery company that produced the battery explain to him what he had found out so thanks for the great service and the help the company agreed to send me a new battery at no cost to me thank you thank you and this store is located in Vandalia Ohio
