My technician Darnell calls ahead of appointments and provides follow up upon completion. He is patient and professional. This type of service is the reason I trust Terminix to care for my home.

Edward originally came to check my house because we started seeing some ants and were concerned about carpenter ants. While in the process we went ahead and got the premium pests treatments as we do plan on selling our house in the next year or so, so this is a great investment! Donovan is the tech who ended up coming out due to time restraints ( Sorry Edward! It's my fault! ), Donovan was awesome too. Both were very respectful, polite, and got straight to the point. They even engaged in a little bit of small talk before leaving ( like 2 mins ) and just wanted to make sure that we knew everything that was going on too.

From the first person I talked to to the last person, I was treated with respect, compassion and quickness. Within 2 days of my call, terminix was there and two days after that the problem was taken care of!

My Terminix Technician, Mr. Johnson is excellent. He’s always on time and he always does a thorough job.

My husband and I am very pleased with the service that we received. We had an issue with birds in our vents. A tech came out and assessed the home and we were worked into their schedule within 3-4 days for them to place vent covers. Our tech Jeffrey was very professional and efficient. He followed up as he said he would and made sure that we were satisfied with the job. We will continue to use Terminix for any pest issues that we have in the future. The outstanding customer service really goes a long way!

Professional service and application of treatments- has tremendously helped the management of any and all bugs! Staff provides helpful suggestions to homeowners to decrease insect like standing water- thank you !! Highly recommend.

So far, service has been great tech is professional. Mike explained things with great detail and was very professional.

Even though my big issue isn't completely resolved. I have high hopes they will be resolved soon because of the friendly service I had. They did tell me this will take some time to completely get rid of them. Overall, I would highly recommend as they resolved at least 90% of issue on the first attempt. With another attempt to occur in the next 2-3 weeks.

The technician that came out joe ,called me to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly, polite and very professional. He was on time from the 2 hour window they gave me. He did sprayed instead and outside my house,and for the reason he was here for,he found the yellow jacket nest outside, and took care of the nest and disposal of it.

I enjoy spending time outdoors in the evenings during the summer. The mosquitoes have been getting worse. West Nile virus has been detected in our region. I called Terminix and Tyler, our tech was on time. He explained what he would be doing, how the process and product worked, and then when he was finished , he told me what to expect. He gave me his card in case I had any questions or issues. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I am very pleased with my service!

I scheduled online for an inspection. Matt came out and explained what was going on. During the inspection he made a quick phone call to schedule an appointment for me. The day of the appointment they called me upon arrival. Josh was very thorough while addressing concerns and questions I had. He walked through the whole process what he was doing. Over all great experience.

Darnell always call to let us know date and time he will be here and he always does a execellant job. Have had him for years, both when we lived in Huber Heights and now here in Beavercreek

Overall I had a positive experience with Terminix. The inspector and technician were both knowledgeable and professional. The pricing for the service is reasonable and the work was done as promised.

Michael was amazing! He came and checked out the house, gave us a bunch of helpful information, and got us set up with a system to take care of our pest problem! Our fur babies enjoyed the extra pets as well!

They were great. We had a general pest inspection and treatment because our house is located by woods. We will continue our business with them. I don't like spiders/ants/lady bugs and usually fogged previous homes for them. This service is cheaper than all the chemicals we would buy at the store for seasonal insects that would try to enter our home. They did a great job and will come quarterly. They also do monthly if you need them to. I'm so glad I don't have to worry about it anymore.

One day they found subterranean termites and they call it to my attention and made suggestions as to what needed to be done. They made it easy for me to make payments and proceeded with their work. They are very conscientious.
