I met the best T-Mobile agent EVER! I bought a new phone and it didn't behave the way my old phone did; and he found the problems and fixed them-which was a great relief to me. I had no clue how to connect my new phone to my car's Bluetooth and removed apps I wasn't using that were running in the background and draining my battery. JOB WELL DONE THANK YOU.

Employees are very professional and care about customer service. This has been the best store I've been to. I had an issue with my brand new phone and they never asked any questions. Very polite and respectful. They'll get you in and out as fast as they can!

Need to update your phone? I upgraded from a 5 plus year old Galaxy S4 to the 50% off Samsung Galaxy A71 5G was a breeze thanks to Marty! So worth changing from Verizon to T Mobile to save $300 on just the phone. T Mobile continues to improve their coverage so you can't go wrong. There was no wait mid morning. If I have any challenges I was told to come back. Stay safe and enjoy!

Needed a new screen protector didn't have one had to order it. Sending ro my house then have to go back to store so they can put it on. Didn't understand why they r shipping to my house 😕

I have been here a few times in regards to the note 7 recall. It has been such a process and headache but the staff that has been assisting me are amazing. They have been really great and just so patient.

I was welcomed with a "good morning, how can I help you". They had the phone case I needed, I bought it ( for the same price as Amazon ). Very laid back and friendly environment.
