Circle K

This has to be the most organized- cleanest Circle K that I’ve seen in my life! Nothing is out of place here. The equipment looks well maintained and the shelves are perfect! Most Circle K’s are run down- roofs leaking and mostly a mess and out of date food or out of stock especially on the East Side of Cleveland- those stores are awful and so mismanaged and out of nowhere I walk into literally a perfect store. Why is this the only store on the West Side of Cleveland that’s doing their job? I just want to congratulate all of you here. This was unexpected. This is how a store should look like. Everyone give a round of applause to the Berea, Ohio Circle K!!!

The man cashier introduced me to the Circle K rewards card that I could save $.10 on a gallon of gas. I took advantage of his offer, and it was worth it.

This store continues to be great! There is new manager there and she is friendly and customer-focused. The store is organized and stocked. I believe the manager I am writing about is Josie. She is a keeper!

This girl, I'm not sure her name, Berea, Ohio location. I was there about 5:30pm April 26 2018, but the credit card machine was down and people were getting mad at her like it was her fault and it was definitely not. I work for a company and our stuff messes up all the time. She kept her composure and was so nice! I'm happy that Circle K has her there! I don't know your name, but thank you for everything that you do!

Very grateful to staff on Saturday, Oct. 9, for phone and no. to call to handle a vehicle lockout!

Place is too nice for a gas station. lol.
