I had ordered online, but considering another reason I came into the store and was very fortunate that I did . I got a great salesman Mr. Rowlins who was very helpful with me in my choice of choosing. a wonderful mattress that I was able to try out that I am sure I will be pleased with when my order comes ! And the price. was. very reasonable for me. I am sure I will be back to get a kitchen set that I am looking for. THANK YOU FOR GREAT SALESMAN AND SERVICE! I also purchased a Yates bedroom set which was fabulous also!!

I love this place Gardner White, the one that I mainly go to is 8 Mile Rd. and Southfield. The service is fantastic. The people are knowledgeable they give you the best prices. I have checked around at other places and ended up back at Gardner White for my selection. I give all the people that work there a 100. very very friendly atmosphere.

The experience was just wonderful. I needed to replace a very old and uncomfortable chair and will be receiving an electrified recliner with all the posh buttons, lumbar and head position comfort, can hardly wait for it to arrive. Kevin, our sales rep was just amazing! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, thanks Kevin for being a super saleperson.

I got my new queen bed in April after having horrible sleep for months. I wasn't sure on what I wanted exactly so when I went in I was open minded.

Customer service was great, delivery was the next day and the purchase process didn't take long. I was in and out in less than a couple of hours. D'Woud King was the salesperson who assisted me and he was very patient through my questions and indecisiveness.

The people who delivered my bed communicated well, calling prior to and confirming my address. They were swift and placed the bed right where I wanted it.

The base was discounted at the time of my purchase since I opted out of the free base or gift card offer and my mattress got discounted as well.

I went with the iComfort CF3000. Very comfortable thus far and I love my adjustable base! It's great when I'm using my laptop in bed.

The adjustable bases do allow room for you to place a bed frame around it, if preferred.
I ordered my frame separately.

My sales rep Gina was very helpful. She offered assistance as soon as I came into the store. She never pressured me. I was pleased with my purchase. Angela was very helpful in the accounting/payment department. I was very pleased with me experience.

The Gardner White team took great care of us. Our furniture was delivered the next day as promised and during the designated time. The team set up everything quickly! We are very pleased and happy with the service we received.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, from salesman Elliot to the store manager and the ladies at the desk. Was in the store for a couple of hours and close attention was given to me at finding exactly what I wanted. No pressure and Elliott helped me to no end. I've loved Gardner White since I was a little girl & I'm 62 now! My husband & I were greeted at the door.We were welcomed in & asked if we'd like any help. The salesman was very courteous, professional & honest! We appreciated that!

What a great store manager at the Gardner White Southfield! Miguel and his team go above and beyond to meet their customer's expectations.
I was going take my business on down the road ( when I couldn't decide on a product), but Miguel made the difference in my staying there! Keep up the great customer service. Its a rarity these days!

Sean F., the sales representative was welcoming to my husband and I. He knew what was in stock. There was a minor misunderstanding about my purchase however it was fixed and delivered the next day. We will be purchasing more items from them. The delivery guys were awesome and very professional.
