Great place great employees only thing is never see an ad so out of sight out of mind. Used to go there but CVS Walgreens and rite aid all afs online so it's all good I Dave money THANK YOU

This store location and staff are super nice, friendly and clean. Staff is up to date on all the weekly sales and know their way around coupons, issues and just all around exceptional service.

On my latest visit to my local Rite Aid location on Franklin Blvd., I was greeted and picked up a prescription for a friend and found everything I needed in the front store, including Splenda Hazelnut Creamer (which I only found here!). They also are the only store in my direct vicinity that carries ink cartridges for my printer. The staff here are very helpful. The store also accepts my UCard, which is helpful for acquiring vitamins and other OTC supplies I need which cannot be appreciated more. I highly recommend this Rite Aid location.

Store is updated, super clean,and well organized. Large selection of all your drugstore brands. You can easily find your way around following the overhead signs. Staff are friendly and quick, too. Parking available but after school hours, students swarm the parking lot. Not much more you can say about this location.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 12 years and have only had one complaint about an employee. She was a cashier up front and not in the pharmacy. I haven't seen her in a while so she may be gone. She tended to treat people rudely. The pharmacy people have always been kind and helpful. No mishaps with prescriptions ever. Sometimes you get a script for a medicine that is rarely used and you may have to wait if they don't have it in stock..but if you're in a hurry you can call another drug store to see if they have it in stock. I have never waited more than 2 hrs. for a refill unless the pharmacy is extremely busy..which can happen at the beginning of the month. You can't expect miracles. I've seen more rude customers than employees.

I’ve been going her for years, and it’s a great pharmacy in the city. The pharmacists there are great, and the cashiers are nice. The store is well-organized and orderly. I enjoy shopping here.

This is a great pharmacy yes they are a lil slow at times but they also be very busy. I suggest for all you complaining if you don't like the services go somewhere else.. That's normally how it's goes!!!

I just got out of the hospital and on crutches this cashier Alex took my list and retrieved my items for me thank you so much for your 1 on one care....I recommend 👍 this rite aid!!!
