The UPS Store

While I've never purchased anything here since I keep my own shipping supplies, I use them often to drop off Amazon returns and pre-paid/boxed UPS shipments. Despite this, the guys are always friendly and helpful. I was in there a couple days ago and we were joking about the old terrible ownership/staff about 10 years ago and the guy who worked there that was always barefoot and supposedly brought his pig to work LOL glad these guys are running the store now...top notch service!

This is the best UPS store. I was in every week for almost a year as we worked through a mountain of paperwork associated with the adoption of our daughter. Every bit of paperwork and shipping was exceptional and the customer service was outstanding. The whole team was great and easy to work with. Nishan knew me by name, checked up on our progress, and even had a sweet gift for my daughter when she came home. I was so sad when we had to move away…it felt like losing a friend and a piece of my daughter’s story. Great little store and fantastic people.

Love using this UPS. I’m in there every week. Owner and Staff know their stuff when it comes to shipping and they are always willing to help.

If there is a line they do everything they can to make it go as fast as possible. People who complain about lines need to avoid peak times and will have a faster experience.

Had a great experience today, the brown kid with the puffy hair was extremely helpful and kind even when I didn’t really understand how to do my returns. I will definitely be coming back for future shipments and I highly suggest other people come here too.

This is my goto store for all my UPS needs. The staff and owner are quite doesn’t mean they are not customer friendly. There silence by itself is welcoming and are great people to work with. Amazing service and always get great service with silence. Thanks for all the great work you do.

Always a great experience. I have a mailbox here and also do drop offs when I fulfill orders outside my usual, scheduled UPS pickups. A family-run store with great people.

Great service! Nice and knowledgeable employees and great owner. I came in with two items to ship, and they got me in and out! They do everything for you!! Also, getting a new mailbox soon, there is no better and safer place to handle my mail and boxes.

Not sure why so many bad reviews, possibly new people there now but when I went there recently they were extremely helpful, even helped pack my box. There was an old guy that came in before me and they went out of their way so much to help him I couldn't believe it. I rarely do reviews but I had to share my experience just so people know not to judge it by the past.

Great experience at the Grasslands UPS store. I have used this store multiple times over the last several months and they are always very friendly and helpful.

The store was very busy but they were well staffed, efficient and friendly and we were all taken care of very quickly. I will go back to that location.
