Shipley Do-Nuts

Came into town with two things in mind: The solar eclipse and Shipley's. Still waiting for that eclipse but relaxed and happy in the fact I filled my belly with the goodness of doughnuts and KOLACHES! Of course, the actual "King of KOLACHES" can be found at this location. Stop by and say hello!

I came here for the first time today and used the drive thru, which was super convenient as I was headed straight to school after.

They were so kind! The donuts were delicious and it was such a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back. Don’t sleep on this donut spot!

The style of donuts is very similar to how they are baked in Puerto Rico. Excellent donuts! I didn't rate "atmosphere" because this isn't a dine-in place. At least, I haven't experienced that.

Outstanding service, delicious products, excellent staff. We scheduled a group of 40 antique cars to stop and pick up their choice of donuts. Kim worked with us and it was a great start to our tour. Thanks to everyone at Shipley's Do-Nuts in Saginaw.

Very nice fellow at the counter- he didn't rush me as I picked out a dozen for coworkers. Great donuts, and I got a butterfly roll-which I'd never seen before. There are other donut places nearby, but it was worth reading the reviews and locating Shipleys!

We love Shipleys! Since virtually every strip mall in Texas has a donut shop (!) it must be very competitive and hard to stand out. But Shipleys is a cut above. Great selection, consistent quality, and tasty food! 🍩☕🥐🥯

Shipleys is awesome! I love the bearclaws and the cinnamon twists a bunch. I'm not a huge fan of the old fashioned cinnamon rolls, but that's just my taste, so no real complaint. All around great donut place with awesome employees!

Reliable and delicious do-nuts. I’ve been going for years and it’s always been great.

I was waiting for this location to open as Shipley donuts are much better than basic donut stores. I don’t agree they should be given a bad review on miscommunication or if you don’t feel customer service was up to your standards because this location just opened and are still working on things. So I ignored the other negative review. For my visit I was helped right away. Any questions I had they more than happily answered for me. Yes there was some miscommunication between me and the person helping me, but they do have more traffic coming in and out and the drive thru which make it louder inside. Other than that they try to make sure to take care of you with no issues. Pricing seemed fair to me as you are getting a better donut in my opinion. Once I was able to get home to eat I was not let down. The donuts were so much better than what I have found in this area. The dough was soft and seemed fresh compared to other stores dried out donuts that seems a day old. I was very happy with my visit and look forward to coming back many more times!

These doughnuts ate the freshest I've had in a long while. Great for parties, events, or just for quick family treat. You must try them. My family loved them!!

Very professional and warm service. The manager Kim was the person who helped us with our order and she was very patient and helpful with our big order.you can tell she knows what she is doing. The whole operation seemed well run and professional. Oh and the do-nuts were good also!

I went to get some doughnuts one morning, but I guess I got there way too early (about 10-15 minutes earlier than their scheduled opening). They still opened the door for me though, which was really kind of them to do, as it was cold outside that morning.

I ordered a dozen doughnuts but the staff (who were super polite and super kind) told me that I had to wait for awhile since they weren't done making them. I patiently waited and sat down. (My fault for coming too early anyway)

The Managers (or... Owners? Not sure which one, but it doesn't really matter. What matters is that they were extremely nice) gave me some doughnut holes and some coffee while I waited! 😁

After that day, I have become a frequent customer and every time I go there... They've always been consistent with their awesome customer service. Definitely and highly recommended place to get doughnuts to anyone living in the Saginaw area. Polite, friendly and nice staff. Awesome customer service. And the place is always clean.

This location has very quick service. I buy 3 dozen donuts every Friday for my work. The drive thru is very fast. It takes about 2 mins to get my order and I'm on my way. The staff is very friendly and they usually give me a free bag of donut holes as a thank you for my business. That is a very nice touch. Keep up the great service.

The best hot glazed donuts every time I come here!!! They are so yummy delicious that I will drive 30 minutes just to come to this location because they always have warm ones ready! I seriously love them and the fat belly im getting!

This is a great shipleys. The hot and fresh glazed donuts are as good a donut as I've ever had. The kolaches, which is why I go are good, a little smaller (less dough) than some of the other shipleys I have been to, but still very good. I like that they actually put jalapeño in the spicy sausage ones. Some other Shirley's just put in pepper jack cheese.

The best Shipley’s in the DFW metroplex! I have Houston roots so I know the Shipley’s standard. The donuts are great quality and have the taste you expect from Shipley. On top of that, the customer service was excellent & efficient.

I love Shipley do-nuts! I have a Duncans right next to my house and I prefer to drive 5 miles down the road and get Shipleys! They could upgrade their coffee but that's it!

Great donuts, sausage rolls. Nice,clean, friendly employees!. Took a take out in wat to choctaw,the hotel on way. Last Monday.Firsr tine I went inside, Drive thru first few times.
