Leslie has been amazing. I've upgraded 2 phones in the last 2 weeks, and the process couldn't have gone smoother. Super helpful and attentive to any concern I had. She made sure to answer all questions and made sure I didn't leave the store with any issue. Will definitely come back whenever we are in the market again.

The assistant store manager Leslie made the process of buying a phone so seamless she wanted to help and made sure I had everything I need before I left the store. It does take a little bit to get the phone setup the correct way and she was very fun to talk to thank you for your help and thank you to the Verizon team for a good atmosphere the second I walked through the door!!!!

Christine was friendly and super helpful! My husband and I both got new phones, which wasn't a stressful experience at all. She explained everything very clearly. Also, she helped put on our cases and screen protectors. The only bad about the experience, was sitting in the uncomfortable chairs! Our butts are numb! But highly satisfied with Christine's customer service. Will not go to another Verizon store in town! Especially because the customer service doesn't match or exceed anywhere else.

Very helpful and professional service had a killer black Friday deal so I took advantage of that opportunity and got hooked up with a new phone ,tablet and watch. Kirbie was so so helpful in answering all my questions as well.
