Keshawn in the deli was AMAZING! So very friendly and polite 🙂

We came to this Albertsons around 8 am Friday morning to buy fried chicken and other deli sides for a picnic. Even though they had nothing ready, the deli staff offered to cook up some chicken and they had it all ready for us in about 15 minutes! And it was delicious and perfectly cooked. I wish our local supermarket in CO was as clean, well stocked, and staffed by friendly workers as we found at this Albertsons!

So clean, my sons class went on a field trip here and they did a great job teaching them about healthy foods, I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the store and friendly staff

Lottie is amazing, so helpful, and hardworking! She definitely deserves a raise! The people here are always so nice! My rainbow cupcakes looked amazing thank you to the lovely girl who made them! My daughters preschool loved them for her birthday. If you want great service go to this Albertsons!

i used to delight in visiting this particular albertson’s location. oh what glee i would feel as i pranced through the automatic doors. this was until one fateful day where i was approached by an autistic cowboy (who smelled good) dressed in all black riding a bicycle as i walked towards the store entrance. this fiendish goblin (or boglim as i like to call them) came to me and demanded i pay him a small fortune for his collection of spray painted twigs and dead mantises, and persistently referred to me as “toobs” throughout the encounter, even after i begged him to stop. i implore the owner of this location to ban this gothic dank man from his store and contact other store owners in casper wyoming to have him blacklisted from purchasing alcohol to prevent future incidents.

ADDENDUM: it has come to my attention that the owner has in fact banned this vagrant bad boy from their store and had him shooed from the parking lot by local law enforcement. i am now able to sleep peacefully knowing i can now shop here in safety and unaccosted by alcoholic transgender men. i have changed my rating to 5 stars and i would like to personally thank the owner of this albertsons for keeping his customers and this community safe. TMDWU

The good smelling goth is harmless. Don’t believe the other reviews. It’s not expected, but it is greatly appreciated.

Fast, easy, small, effective shopping and self checkout right downtown before you even start back toward home.
Makes dealing with the kids a little easier when you already have them worn out and at the end of there rope,....letting go of all adult comprehensiveness

Was doing some shopping when I noticed an extremely drunk goth trans boy verbally abusing the cashier. He was trying to buy more alcohol but the kind young lady wouldn’t let him. He kept abusing her but she kept her cool and had the authorities escort him out. Great job Albertsons for protecting our community from predators like this!!!

I come here often and I'm not trying to confuse the authority figures at this establishment. I buy a lot of reece's products, sometimes I get crackers too. GREAT stuff. I did see this jewish guy, with like bald head or something (although I'm being much kinder than other comments)? Anyways, from what I can tell you all took care of him. Keep those out of here now.

I couldn't exactly see what was going on here yesterday, but I heard everything. This rude man came into this fine establishment and caused a scene. He reeked of alcohol and nasty scented soap. He wasn't served because of his behavior and state of drunkenness.
I applaud the cool tempered staff of Alberstons and am happy they refused to serve this menace of Casper. He doesn't deserve to be allowed back in my humble opinion

I’ve shopped here for decades, and have always found the food quality and service to be better than most grocery stores. During the pandemic, the store has really stepped up— both in customer service and effort to keep products in stock. I’ve noticed some price increases, but on basics prices don’t seem to have changed very much. Most clerks that have waited on me have been very helpful, calming, and friendly...much appreciated!

Love this place, good produce and hormone free dairy and meat! Great people too! Still cool!

I was in here and a homeless person who smelled like liquor was staring at my underaged daughter and harassing the customers. He was promptly removed from the store. Unfortunately this didn't stop him from staring at a group of elementary school children exiting a school bus across the street. He just stood in the parking lot, mouth agape staring at the children, totally shameless. He was saying something to himself but I was too far away to hear what he was saying to himself as I was trying to quickly walk me and my child to my car so we could get away from this individual. VERY disturbing!

There was a gothic homeless looking guy here demanding more booze even though I could smell the liquor from 20 feet away. The clerk politely told him that it was not only unlawful, but morally wrong to sell him alcohol while he was visibly drunk. The guy started throwing a tantrum and shouting about how it was the last drink “he haaaaaaaaad” but luckily they were able to assist the mentally disabled man out of the store. I looked him up and apparently he has an online presence? King Cobra or something like that. Huh. Cool. I hope someone who knows him can help him out because he does not seem to be doing well.

Anyway, great store and haven’t experienced any upsetting occurrences like this before or since. Keep up the good work, everyone working here is a friendly face. And I gotta say, that’s most definitely what’s up!

The brave staff in the liquor department showed heroism and class when they turned away an intoxicated goth gentleman with corgis legs. Who knows what kind of danger the community could be in if he had gotten more drink combo fixin’s. My family will sleep better at night knowing this reprobate is a little less inebriated.

I shop here all the time. Yesterday I was alarmed when a gothic trans boy got belligerent with an obviously of age, alive, and unrelated female clerk. The young man smelled really bad, like a warm turtle tank mixed with hot dog water and alcohol. He was upset because the clerk wouldn't sell him alcohol, even though he was obviously already extremely intoxicated. When I left the store, he approached me and my child out front and asked if I "Wanted to buy a Juan", his speech was terribly slurred. I simply told him no, and left, thanks for keeping the store safe from Boglims like this!

I shop here all the time - it’s a great place with great staff just wish that homeless goth cowboy would stop harassing me about what kind of soap I use dood.TWU

I haven't loved a grocery store this much since Woodman's. Their pharmacy is always on the ball, their sushi bar is out of this world, and their Starbucks makes the drinks 10x better than the original! Which doesn't make sense but I'm definitely not complaining 😂
