About one week ago I went to Pharmacy. To my surprise the employee whose name was Emma Yeritsyan was very knowledgeable, kind and amazing, she helped me understand what to do. In this location most of the employees are very unfriendly and not helpful.

Overall my shopping experience at this store today was smooth and efficient. The team member Myra helped me located some of my items that were not on display. Overall her ability to go above and beyond in the customer service department is gracious in of it’s own self.

Celia was super helpful! We had an issue at the register and she resolved it instantly. Now that's customer service !

I really don't know what all these negative reviews are talking about. I've been going to this location for over 10 years now & I've never had any problems. Especially the Pharmacy they always send me a text when my meds are ready & when I go pick it up they always have it ready. So these other people should look into the services they offer & stop complaining...

The store is really clean and great bathroom, Well stocked and item display well.

I love this place. When their exit line grow, they summons more cashiers. I know, cause I’ve been going there for years. Place is clean, and pharmacy is quick, knowledgeable and polite.

The pharmacy at CVS on Victory is a very good niegborhood pharmacy! The staff are real nice... They know the "regulars" and service is real good.
