Ross is always going to be my favorite place to shop, not just for myself, for my pets( 3 dogs) house supplies, baby shower, baby cloths, for birthday, Christmas gifts holiday decorations Ross has the best, sometimes I can't wait and shop there before Tuesday's ( senior discount day) where I can get 15 percent off my purchases 😏🥴

Love that they have Amazon lockers here makes shopping easier when traveling

I was in search of some sandals. I called so many Ross stores but a lot of associates were uninterested in helping me. Then I called the west valley Ross and got Maribel!!! She quickly went to look for the sandals and found them. She was courteous, professional , and smart. I asked her if I could do something for her but she said she was the manager. I thought her co-workers must really like and respect her. They put her name on a paper and said I could write a review.

I visit many Ross stores all over the City, from Farmington to Provo, I have probably seen all locations, but this one in West Valley is the best. They have an extensive selection of women's clothing and shoes. I went on Saturday afternoon, and although it was crowded and messy because people are careless and left a mess all over the store floor, if you are patient, you will most certainly find what you are looking for. Maribel was my cashier, and she was very kind and attentive.

Overall this is a great place to shop! For those of you always in a hurry, and worried about someone taking a little longer at the register here, your to involved on what your plans are or what your doing next. Have a little patience. The wait is not that bad for the type of deal we all get here. Don't let life pass you by because your always in to big of a hurry. You never know how that person's day started or maybe something bad happened to them. Be courteous.

I always find good stuff.

Been here MANY times and yes I always expect the wait in line to be long. Even with multiple cashiers. It's a smaller store but always pretty busy, so it's fine. I give it 5 stars though because I witnessed one of the workers being discriminated against for being Hispanic. And the customer service rep/security handled it perfectly! It gave me confidence to return to a store where they defend their employees while making a customer happy, or as happy they could. Because the person was obviously just miserable.

Ross is the best place for a little of everything you need. Clothing, shoes for everyone, kitchenware, bed and bath as well as home decor. They also have some some items for automotive and pets. Plus some face , hair products. Great store at discount prices. Wheelchair parking and entry.

It's actually really nice for a dress for less store. I like the way they do their dressing rooms; they get the amount of items you wanna try on and give you a number matching the amount, you have to bring the number back out in order to be able to walk away with your stuff. It keeps the dressing rooms clean.

I don't know what I did with my last before I do about Ross. I mean friends is such an amazing show I don't know what I did without it but don't get confused cuz I really am talking about the department store. Just checking if you're really listening lol!

This is one of the better Ross locations in the valley. They have a great variety of clothes and house hold items. The store is also kept well and keeps pretty organized.

Clean and nice people willing to help.
If your use to going to Ross you've seen cloths on the floors and a big mess. This one has always been clean and well stocked.

Good purse and shoe selection. You can get name brands for less.

I started shopping at Ross several years ago and wish I had started several years earlier! They have all the name brand clothes you would find in the mall however at a fraction of the cost. They also have a ton of non clothing items including many knick knacks that make great gifts!
