The store is so great. They always answer the phone and they always have what I’m looking for. Alex, the manager, always knows where everything is and is always looking to help the customer. Brian always answer the phone ready to help. Trevor is on the move recommending games everyone will love. And Emilio recommends power rangers and I do not. Make sure to ask Chandler what the best consoles are because he knows it all. Definitely a better quality than most gamestops I’ve been at.

Arturo helped me over the phone and was absolutely fantastic and very good at his job. It was such a pleasant experience that I immediately started writing this review after getting off the phone with him. I had called with a few questions about the new Slim PS5 Spider-Man 2 Bundle, mainly because I wanted to know if they’re in stock anywhere like the other CODMW2 bundle that’s now in stock. Arturo went above and beyond to get the information needed to thoroughly answer all the questions and got superb customer service. Let’s be honest, calling a retail store is usually never a pleasant experience but Arturo at the Glendora GameStop was the exception. An absolute pleasure to talk to and I look forward to bringing my business to this store in the future.

Went in to pick up a pre-owned PS4 game that my store didn't have because it's still new. The Glendora GameStop was the closest store that had it so they were holding it for me. The associates there were very friendly and helpful. Good sense of humor and great, helpful attitudes! Store was clean and well stocked with room to move around!

I like to get video game shirts here. They have a good selection of merchandise for Gamers. Friendly & helpful staff. Good shopping experience for me and my son.

It's your basic Gamestop, so if you've been to one, you know what to expect. Used and new games, some used electronics, toys, ect. When it comes down to rating a Gamestop it really comes down to the staff, and this one has some really nice people working there. During the amiibo craze these guys called all over the San Gabriel Valley to find me specific figures, and they've always been pretty cool whenever my husband and I come in. They have a pretty decent collection, too.

This is my son's favorite hangout. Reminiscent of the baseball card shops of my youth. I'm sad to know that retail is on its way out, and happy to know that GameStop is still around.
