AT&T Store

I got some phones 1 week ago from Leo and Eliza, customer service was good and prompt, i was explained all details, data transfer was done all the way, good store to visit. Will be coming back to get directv stream with Leo.

My husband and I came in to switch from our old provider to AT&T. We were greeted promptly as we entered the store and were helped by Scott. He was so friendly, very informative, and quick & efficient when switching over our devices. I definitely recommend coming to this location.

Love the attitude and the personality of your rep Christian. The experience we had with him has by far been one of the best ones by far! You need to keep him around for as long as you can. Such a great asset to the company!

My daughter and I came in to see if we could get our bill lowered by unnecessary things on our account. There were some things that were deleted and some things added. We were greeted promptly as we entered the store and were helped by Reem Chinder. She was so friendly/sweet very informative, and quick & efficient by looking over our account. I definitely recommend coming to this location.

Everything was great and our agent was helpful, patient and made our transaction seemless. Other stores I go to have somewhat unhelpful and seem to lack a bit of competence. This store has always proven to be helpful and I tend to go here now when I need help with any of my AT&T needs.

came in to a Corp store s844 and was attended by Mark and Leo Mark was very attentive in helping us the nicest guy ever answered all our questions. Thank you for employing them but we do need more Corp stores.

Went in to AT&T yesterday and had a good experience overall. Chris was able to helped with all my questions and requests along with manager, David I believe was his name. They were both very professional and resourceful.

Unbelievable patience and assistance from David on a day when their systems were down, he helped my mother activate an existing phone with a SIM Card and transfer a number. I expected at best mediocre service, but David was nothing but incredible.

Leo Greeted me right away and was very explanative about all the promotions in pricing, great service overall.

Today I came in to transfer my daughters phone which she completely smashed and we had the pleasure of working with Willie at the San Dimas location. He was absolutely the best and made sure we were taken care of and had no questions before we left. Our experience was great!

This AT&T store is the best. We have gone to different stores and have not received the same kind of service we get at this store. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Willie assisted us today and was excellent. They take their time to explain and troubleshoot any and all problems.

Jessica was very helpful with my experience and in helping me understand the promotions, and was also able to save me money on my bill even with a new upgraded phone I purchased. Will definitely look for her to assist me on my future transactions regarding my business with AT&T.
