Friendly service even after I broke two perfume bottles on accident. Im super clumsy. Prices are good when its a sale and you have coupons. Nice location with lots of parking . I smell great.

I’ve been going to Bath and Body Works since I was in middle school (I am now 28) and I have to say that’s this is the most organized store I’ve been to. Not only that, EVERY SINGLE person there was super sweet and helpful. It’s overwhelming coming in seeing all the new scents and seasonal stuff but they helped me find what I was looking for.

Other b&bw have girls who are “fake nice” and you can tell they’re judging you. But I felt super comfortable so I’m repeating my love for the girls at this store!

Mask tip, to smell the new stuff better through your mask, I pop open the body wash, give it a very light squeeze so only air comes out so I can smell it better!

The staff was very kind and helpful,I came in to redeem a coupon and was helped by Jessica. She answered all my questions and gave great suggestions. 😄

Great place close by and staff are always eager to help, guide, and are very sociable. The place is in a good area tucked in a corner of the strip mall. Great selection. Went for gifts for her but also get some for me. Don't hate...lol
I always go there when I want to visit a Bath and Body Works.

I love to smell fruity. Like a Sunshine Mimosa. Which is my favorite scent after Hello Beautiful. I can't wait for Mimosa to be in stock again!

They are very helpful. I didn't know they were already closed at 10 pm when I had walked in at 10:10 they had their glass doors wide open. They still went out of their way to help me complete my purchase. I didn't know they were closed until I was walking out @ 10:45. There were so many options to choose from. Im glad i was gutsy driving by and saw them. I wasn't intentionally coming here but loved my experience... thanks

I made my trip to this Bath and Body Works shop yesterday. The staff were very friendly as always, and helpful. I got everything I had on my mental list: a candle (which was on sale and I am currently burning it), a gift for a friend, hand sanitizers for me, (which the gentleman stocking the sanitizers found a scent which I love, so thank you again sir!), and some shimmer and regular body sprays. The Glendora location is my favorite for the fact that the staff IS very friendly and knowledgeable of the products scents to offer the comparable one of a certain scent is out of stock or or only sold online. Thank you again!

Love this place but really who doesn't?? Wish the parking was better but the store has no control over that. Great staff. Beautiful setting inside store and always smells great. Store is convenient for me as well.

This Location is the only one open right now due to the virus of Covid19 every other location around me is closed. I've gone here twice in about 3 months both times they have done a great job at keeping everything organized and stocked up. Clean friendly store.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I always spend more than I planned but love the scents. I wont buy candles anywhere else.
