Went late last night 1/12/24 appliance sales rep Gus was working with another customer, Marcos filled in extraordinarily in the meantime. The customer service was the best I have ever received at a retail store. As soon as Gus was done with the other customer, he stepped in & provided superb customer service! I ended up getting the washer & dryer combo that best suit me & my family.

Thank you soo much to Marcos & Gus for making this purchase so easy while providing all the details I needed.

Stopped by for Christmas lights but couldn't find any of the icicle LED lights. Liana from gardening approached me and went out of her way to check the back and found what I was looking for. Made sure I had enough lights to cover the necessary length I was looking for. Thank you Liana for being amazing and making my experience easy and pleasant. Will definitely come to this location more often.

Good website with lots of info if you search for it. I like how you can shop by department and even the departments are broken down into smaller categories. Security is tough.Prices are fair with only the brand's this place offers. Dont expect to find any local brand here. Customer service is not their strong suit. Returning items is good for those with a receipt. I don't care for the whole cashier situation they got going. Some machines only take cards and some only cash. Update -store and things look the same with minor changes to products and shelves. People working here appear to all be from the same planet.

Fast and friendly service had everything I was looking for in stock and the people that were working or very helpful especially in hardware and the tool corral oh and don't forget the building materials

I went to Glendora home depot for 3 specific things. That place is so big, I dreaded looking for these items. I saw an employee, asked for the items and it was like I had my own personal shopper and checker! Her name is MARGIE and she was wonderful, checking to make sure my items were in shock, ordering home delivery for those that weren't in stock and taking me directly to JESUS to check out. Thanks Margie and Jesus for all the help!

The most friendly Home Depot I have ever been too .. awesome over the top customer service .. makes me wanna go back and buy stuff I want and I don’t need .. just because how friendly they are .. loved it!

If it's not here I go to Lowes. I wish I could claim better prices, but no. The price differences would only matter if you needed those things. So ehh get it where you can.

Jose in electrical was amazing. He recognized my small light bulb and found replacements immediately. I had tried other stores and they could not help me. And the bulbs worked. Thank you Home Depot.

My wife and I were looking at ceiling fans. Unfortunately I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was extremely helpful, informative and friendly.
He answered all of our questions and was very patient.
I appreciate a company more when its employees focus on service

I ordered some gardening supplies online and it was ready for pick up pretty quickly. The email says they’ll notify you within 2 hours for pick up but they notified me much sooner. I arrived at the service counter with my shopping cart. I gave them the required information and I had my items in the cart and was out the door in no time. It was quick and efficient! The clerk that assisted me was super nice. I was so happy with how easy the process was and with my service that I placed another order for a few more things. I will definitely be shopping here again! Thank you and God bless everyone!

There was a couple of items that we needed to pick up from Home Depot today and they were easy to locate as the aisles are marked correctly. When it came time to check out a gentleman was standing by a checkout and waved us over so there was no waiting. I've gone to Home Depot and number of times and bought plants from there and the plants have thrived. They carry a good price and a good variety of potting and houseplant soil. They also have a nice selection of pots if you want to put your plants especially the big pots for trees and such. I have found some real Bargains there. Thank You Home Depot.

My fav go to for all things home improvement. The staff is always helpful and nice.

I was blown away! Andrew, or was it Drew, nevertheless, the service was amazing. The front end customer service representative was exceptional too! The amount of smiles on the other employees' faces were abundant despite it being hotter than an oven inside. I was really impressed, and pleasantly surprised!

Very cool you can get so much here love it and you can even get furniture and so much more including patio furniture and chairs💺

Angela was super helpful with checking me out at her cash register! She and I had a great time talking about home gardening and succulents. Her expertise made my visit here very special and unique! I recommend this home depot in Glendora, California, because everyone seems very happy working here, and all employees are willing to help. They had what I needed , cut the wood to size and it was real Quick and easy

Very friendly and helpful. Picked up some window blinds. They loaded them on an oversized dolly and asked if I needed help to my car with these blinds. I did not need help.

This trip was amazing! I got inside and asked an employee in the self checkout area if they made keyes. Not only did have the right answer and quickly. He took me back to the key machine, made the keys and correctly directed me to the other item I had come in for. I've worked in customer service for almost 35 yrs and rarely am I impressed or wowed by the customer service I receive. The employee that assisted me was a charming and friendly young man named Brian. Take a bow you did well and left a great impression for your employer! Well done!
