Party City

I love this Part City location in San Dimas. I had problems with my balloons I had ordered from Amazon and took it here. The employee behind the balloon station helped me out with these balloons and was able to correct the mistake from another store. I did pay for the service...very well worth it. I will keep going here for now.

The people who work here are nice and they had every color of table cloth I needed. I was able to buy a piñata stick and some goody bag stuffers. I was going to buy from Amazon but I’m running low son time and also wanted to make sure I could see the quality of what I was purchasing. Their prices were better that what I was considering on Amazon.

Wanted to give an official big THANK YOU to Diana at the San Dimas store for going above and beyond to ensure our delivered party supplies were on point and ready for show time upon delivery. She saved us a lot of time, which allowed us to “party” as planned. SO sweet to interact with as well. I’ll definitely be returning!!! THANK YOU, DIANA🎂🎈🎉🎈🎉🎈

Walked in on a Friday, fully expecting a long wait for my balloon bouquet...the staff was friendly, and helpful and I got my balloons filled and ready in 15 minutes! So grateful!

Fantastic customer service! I had my balloons delivered and Clarissa did an amazing job communicating to ensure the delivery was at the right place at the right time. The balloon bouquets were just as I had ordered, and they looked great!

Great staff!!! As soon as we entered we were greeted by a young lady who made our Halloween costume shopping faster and easier. They had all the costumes wanted and they were all neatly packaged. The store is also very clean and checking out our costumes was very quick. Overall awesome shopping experience at Party City!!!

It was nice and quiet. By the time came up to check out, maybe 5 minutes. Not bad. Wipe and hand sanitizing stations everywhere. That was impressive. Getting very light on Christmas items.

Fun little store to visit. Has the funny and fun little gadgets, doodads and toys you need to throw a big or small party. Hope the place stays competitive to stay in business.
