Bought 2 washers and 2 dryers. The lady who helped us really went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied 100%

I’ve been to this Home Depot a few times and it seems like every time I have such a great experience. Onna especially has been so incredibly helpful. Even in stressful and aggravating situations she’s been such a good humor and of such great help. Best location by far.

Home depot always has the items I need. It's amazing that any staff member can tell you exactly where each item is. Always a warm welcome vibe at any Home Depot. Oh yeah and the prices are better than Lowes

I went to Home Depot, and I was surprised at how much lumber they had. Now I am a bit of a wood enthusiast, and I could not believe the awesome and all powerful almighty selection they had at store, and when I went up to the employee and asked him how much the wood was for sale he told me it was free because I loved wood so much so I opened up all my orifices for all the wood. Enter.

Great service, everyone is very helpful here in Alsip location. I would not go elsewhere. Thank you everyone!

Perfect. Woman at check out had me apply fo HD card. Saved $30. Very personable. Old Rigid mitre saw table lock broke during flooring job (in background ) new saw on stand. Bringing broken saw back to HD tomorrow, we'll see how Rigid 's lifetime warranty holds up.

Estefany was the sweetest girl that works in there . Immediately after I went up to her she greeted me with the sweetest smile ever !! No other worker I went up to before her knew what I was looking for . I’m building a shed and she took me to the wood area where she instantly recommend wood and for a low cost . She explained everything and even wished me luck on my project . 10/10 will go there and ask for the prettiest more kind hearted girl there . Thank you Home Depot for hiring her !

I appreciated the personalized attention from Jay, he helped us look at the options for a bathroom vanity. He also promised to get us a discount since we mentioned we were concerned about the price. We plan to come back tomorrow to make our final decision.

Hey i just feel more comfortable at the Home. Very casual. But they seem to know their jobs. Always willing to walk you over to your stuff if need be.

I like home depot because I know I can find what I am looking for. Tje prices went up some . But the place is clean and staff is there to assist and bathroom is clean and great customer service. I highly recommend home depot

Peter and Bob make this the best store I have ever been to. I will drive over 45 minutes out of my way to go to this store. I buy all my stuff here and do all my tool and vehicle rentals here. Peter and Bob in tool rental are always very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help everyone. I have even seen Peter go out to the concrete area to help people or walk a person even me on more then one occasion to the other end of the store to help find something. Everyone else I have ever ran into always tells me where to go to find something but will not show me where it is at. These guys need to be recognized for their hard work and outstanding customer service. I will be asking for them anytime I come in. Thank you for having them at your store.

Long time HD customer. I've shopped at almost every location in the area as well as stores in a bunch in other states. When you patronize a company as often as I do this one, there's bound to be some problems. It's a matter of how they get resolved that keeps one coming back. I just wanted to point out that since that location opened, Brian at the pro desk has been my go to guy. Knowledgeable about the store, the trades, and the issues contractors face when provisioning jobs. He's saved me countless hours and probably more than a few dollars. His last victory was finding a very common item that for some reason, hd stupidly decided to discontinue without notifying any one. Well, Brian went above and beyond. He did the research and found it! He notified me first thing the next day and now it's on it's way. Outstanding service.

I was looking to purchase a new washer and dryer. I was doing some comparison first and Ray spend time explaining all the various options and bells and whistles from all that I had researched thus far. He was really great and I will certainly be returning.

Big shout out to Armando and the staff at the Alsip location for making my son’s day! Everyone was so nice and patient when it came to looking for a kid’s toolbox. Armando took care of us today and made my son so happy! We will definitely be coming back!

The customer service lady, Celia, has the most patiences of anyone I know. Extremely helpful and determined to solve two problems we were having. Getting my husband's Veteran's Discount and ordering our patio furniture. We can't thank enough Celia for taking her time and getting everything straightened out.
