I love the quick turnaround and friendly staff here. they always remember my name and help me. So hard to find caring and sensitive thoughtful employees at busy pharmacies like this one!

If I can give it 0 stars I would, but because of the impeccable work of Kahdejah & Andrea you get 4 stars .

Today I stopped by the pharmacy.. This was 5-10 minutes prior to them closing (pharmacy). Placed my keys on the counter to pull out my Id and insurance. Note I did NOT pick my keys up before leaving. Stepped to the front to pay some other things. Upon leaving I was like damn my keys I left them on the counter. Go back and the pharmacy was closed. So I tell the staff like hey I left my keys in the counter. Pharmacy tech assured me no keys were on the counter prior to closing the gate. So I retraced my steps, no keys to be found. I was going crazy. Manager Kahdejah retraced my step with me a couple times, because 2 set of eyes are better than one. Let me just say she went above and beyond .. She was on her knees helping me look. Her and manager Andrea did not stop until found. Andrea ended up finding a tiny end of my green house key sticking out from the pharmacy gate. With that being said she did let me know both her and Kahdejah are not licensed and can not open the gate. Next option was to call the Gm Patrick Robinson. This general manager lives right around the corner and they thought he’s license and can open the gate so the decide to call him. Through that conversation between Andrea and Patrick, she explained to him that I do not live in the area and I’m injured. He basically showed not type of remorse or emotion to my situation. He told her he can’t and will not do anything until Monday 9am. Keep in mind my car keys and house keys are attached to this chain. Andrea got off the phone and relayed the message over. So I nicely told her, I do not have a way to get home, I will not leave without my car ( note I live in the Marquette park area, aside from that I have an injured leg and it was 90 degrees outside) This by far was the worse customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with, in reference to how the Gm handled this situation. A huge shout out to Kahdejah and Andrea for living up to Walgreens standards. Patrick Robinson please take some notes from your amazing management staff and do better!!!

I just came in here 20 minutes before closing with a photo print job. I know - I’m the worst kind of customer!

Kristie at the photo counter still provided awesome customer service and got my photos printed right away, and was totally empathetic. I really appreciated it.

I also noticed how she was positive and encouraging to her colleagues who definitely were ready to go home after a long Saturday. She rules.

Store was also in great shape - clean and organized.

The pharmacy experience was incredibly smooth and efficient. Kudos to Nisha the pharmacy manager, who runs a really tight ship! The candy aisle is also surprisingly respectable on chocolates, along with strong availability of mixed nuts -- I go with the Nice! brand for extra value.

I have been going here for about 10 years service I would give 9 out of 10 with the exception of 1 pharmacy technician her attitude is much to be desired. I have only dealt with her maybe 2 times in 10 years. Excluding her I love this Walgreens and the pharmacist Connie has ALWAYS been a great help when I have my many questions, not only prescription, over the counter as well. The other staff are in the store are exceptional as well!

Ive changed my rating because it seems to be that the staff is much better. The customer service is where it needs to be... Friendly. Pharmacy Dept. I called again today 11/16/2021 and what a difference in staff. Great job Walgreens on hiring people that care about their jobs

This Walgreens is always clean and stocked with all necessary items. Now the pharmacy is awesome because Of Denise the manager. She trained her staff very well. We love this pharmacy. Thank you Denise.

This pharmacy has definitely improved big time! I posted a bad review a few years ago but I deleted it and it's completely better now. The staff is the best and everyone is very polite.

Very polite and welcoming staff I never fail to make conversation with them, yeah the pharmacy takes a little while but that happens everywhere, all you people complaining need to grow up. Stop acting like impatient children.

This Walgreens location is convenient and is also my local pharmacy. I have no complaints and find the prices are good and the staff are friendly. It's my go 2 Walgreens store.

Theresa the cashier is a remarkable person. She always acknowledges everyone walking in the door and is always super friendly, courteous and with a positive attitude.

Vanessa in photos was so helpful & very patient, she went above & beyond what her job called for. Thank you, I really appreciated her kindness & Andre's as well.
