Sara is AMAZING 🤩. I needed to find a last minute dress/outfit for my niece who’s attending FAU. Over the phone & via text, Sara pulled & sent options that included shoes! We even reviewed payment options. My niece picked up a complete ensemble. This store & Sara are a must for out of town relatives of FAU students.

Cute store. Very friendly staff. I am probably on the older end of their “ specific client group” but I have found several fun pieces and fun jewelry. Lovely little store. Always love to stop in when I am in the area.

Lovely outfits

So it’s not just me I read the other reviews. The staff is obnoxious, stuck up unfriendly and only care about their own image. I was there today and one of them was prancing in and out trying on clothes and getting dressed. They have absolutely no regard and zero customer service I asked who the owner was and they would not give me the name or contact, either the staff is not being paid well or the owner is too dumb to figure out what’s going on in spite of the exact same reviews been posted regarding the service.

The young lady that was working at this location needs serious training on customer service. I have been to the Fort Lauderdale location, the girls there were sweet and attentive. I was barely greeted upon entering nor was I asked if I need help finding anything. I felt extremely unwelcomed there so I proceeded to leave. I politely said thank you as I was leaving, the young lady looked at me and didn't respond. I will spend my money elsewhere!

Unfortunately felt judged the last three times I have walked into this store, and will not be giving another chance.

Unfortunately there is no 0/5 star option because this boutique doesn’t deserve any stars at all. I was appalled by the kind of awful service I received or shall I say didn’t receive at this boutique. My mother and I walked into the store with smilng faces ready to buy somethings we saw in the window, but unfortunately we didn’t do so due to the fact that we were not at all greeted or even acknowledged upon entering the store and even after browsing for 10 mins still no one approached us to ask if we needed anything nor did they smile or say hello to us. This kind of service is ridiculous and very unfortunate because due to the lack of customer service i didn’t but a single thing because i was absolutely disgusted with the service i received. Both my mother and I work in the customer service industry and we would never treat our customers this way. I would never recommend someone to shop here, don’t waste your time, energy or money even going there.
