Nordstrom Rack

Everytime I visit this Rack location there's always something I need and been looking for. This recent visit they've got a huge variety lineup of golf shorts and polos at discount prices. The staff are helpful (near closing time give them a break, its been a long day for these hardworking men and women).

Not about the store itself, but about an Employee! Deondre was AMAZING. His shift was supposed to end and I was the only person in line and he still took me and was really nice and sweet. I signed up for the rewards system for fun and when I told him my name we bonded over a show we both liked of a character I shared a name with! It was awesome conversation and he was incredibly nice the entire time. If this is how nice he is at the end of his shift, I can only imagine how amiable he can be during the middle and beginning! Awesome dude!

Had a great experience in this store with customer service. I wish the Nordstrom store at the Town Center had the same level of customer service (they don't).

Very nice staff, will even pick out different sizes for you when you're in the fitting room. Fun place to shop. Great values if you are willing to keep looking through lots of merchandise..

BELIEVE IT OR NOT !!

Scored a cotton-blend button down dress shirt at this Nordstrom Rack location last week. I thought there was a tagging error so I brought it over the cashier. They confirmed it was the right price.

Always find what I'm looking for & more. Good price points on most items, great selection, good customer service & return policy. Store is well organized & even at its busiest, the registers are all manned & the staff gets you checked out quickly.

Love this store, need to stay away! Spend to much save a lot. Lol bought 2 designer purses I don't need but they are classic and will last for years.

This Nordstrom Rack has amazing employees like Tim, Alexis and Maurice. I had an issue with an order and they went above and beyond to assist. I felt so valued and reminded that amazing customer service exists in Boca :) Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This store is very organized. It has great brands for great prices

Always find something i like, have to look closely at racks/sizes as other customers might put an M shirt on L hanger & put it in XL rack....so be prepared, but 99% of time will find something you like/love. Shoe selection not that great in style/sizes...go to DSW on Promenade (Wiles & Lyons) for shoes & footwear accesorios.

This place has everything that is no longer in the stores in my area. You have to go outside your own city to find what you need.

Shout out to Carla. Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of me. After the store in the mall completely messed up my order, Carla personally went to Ft Lauderdale to get me what I needed. Tim, who works in the fitting room area, is amazing. Such a kind, helpful, and considerate fellow. I would return to this location just based on the service. Not to mention, the deals were great. The young woman who checked us out was also cheery and sweet. Overall had a great experience shopping with my family.
