AT&T Store

This was AMAZING! Eduardo and Geraldine were the BEST AT&T STAFF I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! They made my holiday technology dreams come true - they deserve a raise and a promotion - and a paid vacation!!! Also - Kate is equally the most AMAZING AND WONDERFUL PERSON YOU GUYS COULD ASK FOR TO HAVE ON STAFF!!!

Hannys was the best cell phone store customer service rep I've ever experienced. She made a stressful situation easy; she was kind, patient, informative and understanding. I was very pleased to have her as my rep that day!

Best customer service in 30 years as an att customer. I had been dealing with a major issue with trade-in. With in 3 mins of walking into this store location Santos had taken care of the issue. Wow. Not only was the store clean and neat the employees were friendly and professional and took care of my issue right away. I will never call att or order another product offline or over the phone again because of this store and its employees. They took such good care of me. Im still kinda in shock of how simple and easy Santos and the employees of this location were able to resolve my issues. Will be going back tomorrow to upgrade my account and add 3rd line for Ipad. Thanks again for the great service. If you’re in the area or thinking about a new phone or device. This is by far the best location!!!! AAA+ rating. 100% customer satisfaction!!!

This location has vey helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable employees! Whenever I can’t resolutions online or by phone, I go to this store and they always fix my issues quickly.
Hannys is fantastic because she is very patient and confident in resolving my issues. Yes I’ve been here multiple times. This is my ATT store of choice!

Update! I had a problem with my cell account and I was on the phone with AT&T for over an hour. They finally said I should go to a store. Of course I went to this store. Geraldine figured out the account problem in minutes! She is amazing and knows her stuff. AT&T seems so complicated, so I’m thankful these associates in this store have deep knowledge of AT&T workings. They happen to have great product knowledge too! I was able to buy a 15 pro max in stock! This is the store to go to!

Friendly and accommodating. If it wasn't for this store, I would have left the AT&T service a long time ago. I've had less than adequate experiences with the corporate stores. They were less than empathetic towards the problems I presented and to say they had no solutions was an understatement.
Again, the store on your Yamato is excellent and I strongly recommend it if you're interested in a new phone, an upgrade or the AT&T Service, this is the store to go to.

There’s been a recent change of management and it shows! English is not my first language and Eduardo and Sophia were able to help me with my questions. Overall a great team! If you need AT&T services I recommend this location!!

Nash Zenon provided excellent customer service by assisting us in understanding and disputing charges on our bill. She went above and beyond by calling ATT with us and patiently guiding us through the process. Despite any frustrations we may have had, Nash remained friendly and helpful throughout the entire conversation. We truly appreciated her dedication and willingness to help us resolve our issue.

Gabriel is the new store manager and he was super friendly and helpful. You can definitely tell he wants to get you the fairest price and set you up with the correct device/plan. Also, one of his associates, Miller, was really patient and took his time to make us feel welcome and answer all our questions! Definitely recommend going to this ATT store and talking to Gabriel and Miller!

This was the best AT&T store that we have ever been to. Tiffany & Stacey were great ! We left Verizon and came back to AT&T thru this store. These two girls were so helpful and informative to us. Their service was the best we have had in years. Smiles and an attitude that we don’t see often anymore with service people. They made our experience into a positive experience. Use this store and you won’t be sorry. They know everything about service and devices. Everything that we needed. THANK YOU again girls !

Sam and Tom were professional, knowledgeable patient and funny.
They made my experience stress less and comfortable over a few days because I ordered a new cell phone and iPad.
I went to two other stores and did not have a pleasant experience. This store exceeded all my expectations in every way. The atmosphere and the sales associates all of them were wonderful. The two people I worked with was Tom the manager and Samantha known as Sam a sales associate and they were exceptional.

Michael and Daniel were very helpful in getting me my new Apple Watch. I have never felt so good buying a watch in the store. They were attentive, professional and very friendly. Best customer services ever!!!!!!

Fantastic experience. This location is under new management and Gabriel, the new manager, is just amazing. Lynette is also very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find the best plan for my family.

The employees of THIS store really know what they’re doing. They’re extremely knowledgeable, fast, efficient. Most of all, I can say that they know all of the ins/outs of your AT&T service. Before coming here, I went to another AT&T, and pretty much wasted my time. If you need anything at all, just go straight to this company store. Thanks to all that helped me out!
