Build-A-Bear Workshop

This build a bear was awesome. The staff helped me so much and they were so nice.

First I want to share that your employee Emily is fantastic. You need to hold on to her because she was wonderful with my son and made our experience so nice. She was literally sitting on the floor with my son while he was scared of the stuffing machine sounds. Thank you Emily!

We went to buy a new friend for our son to put his pacifiers in and it worked! We were surprised with the nice quality of the stuffed animals and all the options for dressing them. We will be back!

The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me to the perfect toys with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.

So fun for my 5 year old daughter who has never done this before. Staff was amazing, kind, and sweet to her.

Staff was super friendly and nice! EVEN KAREN. Y’all haters must be bratty kids raising brattier kids but everyone was so sweet in there. The Karen bashing reviews almost made me go to a different store, and I’m so glad I chose to go anyway!

Had a good experience, We were only there for about 15 Minutes to get a bear. It was really good. The lady that helped us was nice

The woman helping us was wonderful! She was very patient and gave great ideas on which stuffed animals to get and outfits. My mom & I bought multiple stuffed animals & the staff was very patient and helpful! They couldn’t have been nicer!! She even pointed out sales in the store which was great! Will definitely go back to this build a bear soon!!

This was probably one of the best experiences I had so far with my daughter. She loves Paw Patrol and we made Skye.... from putting her voice in to stuffing her and giving her a heart to giving her a birthday certificate to dressing her.... she created it ! and she will probably remember the experience for the rest of her life....the girl helping us was great and I got it all on video! Great time!!! I highly recommend creating a character or bear with your child

Went in the other day looking to create a little something for a coworker who was leaving...could I just say, this was the best service ever. I'm in my mid twenties but am in no way against rubbing a little heart over my heart to activate love for a bear and the peeps working at this store were HAPPY to give me the full build a bear experience and more. They were all incredibly helpful and didn't make me feel like a nuisance despite my being there close to closing. The manager in particular was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond when I made a last minute decision to give the furry friend a voice. I love this store! This, people, this...is exceptional customer service. PS. if you're reading this...She loved the sloth. Thank you!! <3
