Really enjoyed my visit to Sheetz today! Joe greeted me with a friendly smile! And went above and beyond to help me with looking for a beverage I was seeking! You could say my trip was Sheetz-tastic 😄 ‼

I've literally had the worst day and I walk in and there is this woman who is just so happy and positive! Nicole thank you for being you! I really appreciate who you are! Sheets should model every employee after you! Also give this woman a raise!

It’s great, for a GAS STATION & CONVENIENCE store. Gas prices very around daily, sometimes by hour, Sheetz is lower than most at least 90% of time on Gas Buddy. Also has more selection (Flex fuel, diesel), more pumps than most. New & clean, plus self serve checkout. Read comments in Google reviews giving low stars before you make up your mind. Complaints like gallon of milk is very expensive, yes, it’s a “convenience” store, all charge more than groceries. Also rude check out person, go to self checkout, it’s super easy & faster. What I can’t recommend is the restaurant, not because it’s bad, I personally don’t eat at a gas station restaurant, not sure what the expectations of (-) reviews were, my bar is low for gas station food.

Brand new location so everything is clean and working well. Prices at time of writing are way lower than other locations.

Wonderful facilities and staff. Ingrid, one of the managers, is the best.

We had never heard of Sheetz until April 20th. We are so impressed with their gas prices, food, and friendliness we will be back.
They have an amazing self serve menu at the drive thru that is top notch, you never have to worry about an employee getting your meal wrong!
We stopped for fuel and noticed they had Flex fuel for $1.81 per gallon 😱 which is heavenly in the fuel market. Loved everything about this place, please bring one to the Cincinnati area.

Decent service, still a little slow in the kitchen, still can't tell me what the extra 30 cents charge is for. Kept the reciept this time; maybe the Attorney General's office will find out.

They seem to be understaffed. There’s almost always a long wait. Have waited 35 minutes for a burger and quesadilla with only 2-3 orders ahead then were informed some of our food needed to be remade due to staff giving it to someone else. Don’t go here if you’re in any kind of rush or want your food in a decent time.

Sheetz seems a little scammy to me. This is the second one to be built on polaris parkway. Insanely low premium fuel costs to start, way lower then other stations. I would go out of my way to take my pre-economic collapse purchase (Audi) to Sheetz for premium fuel. Then one day I go, and notice the price is now higher then the surrounding stations. After that, it rarely drops to the lowest station on GasBuddy. Also, the parking lots are noticeably substantially emptier post the change. They are trying to drum up business, however I refuse to put gas in my car at an overpriced station, so I no longer get gas here. Also, the food is good (the only saver to this review). However, it should not cost $0.50 to add shredded cheese to my chicken wrap. Along with that, 99% of basic items cost money to add to the made to order food. Again deception, as the meals start out at $5 and $6, however end up being close to $11-$15 by the time the basic toppings apparently not included in the food already (as they should be) are added. Overall, not impressed with sheetz the the ones up here are bound to close soon if things don’t change. I pass this specific Sheetz every day and and after the price hike, the parking lot is a ghost town.

I've heard all the excitement about Sheetz, then they built one which I drive by almost daily. Needing a gallon of milk, I decided to check it out one day. First, and likey last time in one. They wanted $7.99 for a gallon of milk 😂. To put this in perspective, in a 0.25 mile radius, you can get milk for $3.99 at a drug store, or $5.99 at the next closest gas station. Anyone who charges $7.99 for a gallon of milk, does not deserve my households business. I left with nothing and went to Drug Mart to save $4 PER gallon. The second star is because the space was clean (being new, I'd hope so).

Used to come here a lot and the service has gone down the pipes. Took my coworkers here and we we were all missing at least 2 items in our order. I hyped this place up and like Amazon, the delivery should've been delayed. You forgot my motz sticks so I had to ask Napoleon for some of his pocket tots. I'll never be seen as a Sheetz Wizard again, my coworkers will never trust my judgement again. I'm truly not sure where to go from here. The trust has been broken and I don't even know who I am anymore. The trajectory of my life may have changed. To say that I'm let down is merely an understatement, do better.. do better ! Made to Order? More like Made to disappoint.

Breakfast sandwich was very bad. Two separate occasions. 6:30 -7:00a.m. Not up to other sheets standards. Bacon tough as leather. Bun either stale or toasted way too long.
Disappointed twice.

Meatball sub had no marinara sauce on it.

If i could give 0 stars i would but i have to give 1 star to even post a review… only reason i will go to this location because of the worker named Ryan. He is the only person in that whole building that actually cares about the guests coming in the store. He goes out of his way to help customers no matter how busy he is while everyone else just sits around and ignores me. If everyone acted like him and actually cared about their job this place would have received 5 stars.

2 hotdogs for $1 with your sheetz rewards app. Pull up to the window and lady says its 1.79 with tax. Theres no tax on food to go. Still insists theres tax. Just like your cpu messed up doritos for the last couple months. Had to have manager manually enter it in. Today the manager backed up this absurd claim its tax instead of correcting it. Then over talked me and I offered to just leave so i did and called him incompetent. He then got mad & said meet him outside. Day crew btw

Went to the Polaris Sheetz this morning to grab a phone charger. Somehow the self checkout machine glitches out and we waited for help for 10 minutes. However nobody came to assist us and it wasn't even busy inside. I sent my boyfriend over to the female manager to see if she would help us, but instead she walked away from him, even after he tapped her on the shoulder. So finally after 12 minutes somebody came to assist. This is the 2nd time now that weird things have happened at this sheetz. 2 weeks ago I was using the women's restroom and somebody kept trying to open my door. When I walked out of the stall there were 4 men in the women's restroom. I supplied my information as a manager was supposed to be checking cameras and calling me, but nobody ever called me back. I don't know what kind of establishment the Polaris Sheetz is running but somebody needs to get that store together ASAP.

Horrible experience, went in for a drink with 3 employees working and seeing customers in line but yet didn’t come to check anyone out. Everyone left or put their stuff back and walked out… do better Sheetz waiting for 10 mins to have anyone come to the counter at all is ridiculous and inexcusable
