Best Buy

It was best buy, kind of had what I needed but not really, they did get close tho. The store was clean and big surprise the guy on the floor knew more than the geeksquad guy did!

We took our kiddos to get them a Nintendo Switch and a couple of games. We wanted to surprise them so we had them close their eyes before we got to the parking lot and as we were walking people opened the doors for us and they were super quiet because we were walking with the kids but their eyes were closed and they silently directed us where to go for the games with huge smiles on their faces everybody was really great about it, they congratulated the kids a lot when the kids realized what they were getting. It was a lot of fun but the people that worked here made it even better. Their customer service was fantastic

I’ll start by saying Jesse Castillo was GREAT help. My wife and I were looking everywhere for new appliances and ended up going the best buy in Palmdale where Jesse helped us. Not only did he help us find exactly what we were looking for but was super informative which helped us decide on what we wanted. Jesse was very helpful and provided amazing customer service. I will definitely be going back and asking for his help. Thanks again Jesse!

I like everything about Best Buy, love all variety of televisions, great variety of computers to choose from, great Cellphone promotions, appliances and not forgot about clearance section, they have great sales and they willing to match any price but last time that I visited them I didn't like how the personnel at the front treat me, first a girl asked me what was my visit for and when I told her, she said have a nice day I thought she'll indicate where to go and the personnel at the floor they were doing their own business and not asking me if they can help me with something, I'm the one ask for help walking to the other department bcuz where I was nobody was there and finally someone helped me out at the time to do the payment I asked where to pay bcuz I didn't see any cashier open, the one was available it was for online orders so I asked where I can pay an a employee showed me the online cashier when I went there the girl who was in that area told me that she only attended online orders then I asked where I can pay, she told me to wait, so I waited until she finished that she went to open the other cashier and until then I was able to pay, for a moment I was thinking to leave; they're very disorganized and the employees were not professional, they don't know if you in a hurry bcuz you have another important thing to do; they need to be more ORGANIZED and have two cashiers open for online and shopping, I didn't like my experience this time, please pay attention to costumers if you want business otherwise you'll lose costumers bcuz I not sure if I want to go back, I'm disappointed 😔

Review for December 2021. Best Buy located in West Palmdale California 93552. This location has been here for at least 15 years as far as I can remember. I've been here many many years waiting in that long black Friday line many a times. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely appreciate the customer service they render here. Very friendly very knowledgeable staff. Keep up the great work. I really appreciate your attentiveness.

Needed a Ice & Water filter ,guard asked if he could help ,+ a special battery ,he pointed too two different areas in store , In & out in about 14 minutes , Trip Very Successful.

Amazing service. I was looking for a work laptop that can handle
CAD, muti tasking, etc. ended up with a gaming laptop. Nick was right! it's been 3 weeks now and 0 crashes with the last one recommended. Had the best service from nick, Elsy , and Kristian. Highly recommend you look for them. Thanks to them I will be a loyal customer to best buy.

Best Buy has been my favorite electronics store since Good Guys went out of business. I think its selection, prices, and customer service are great.

One of my favorite places to check out new gadgets period had to get a new phone associate. Tyler was very helpful in helping me. Pick out a phone that best suited my needs and also showed me How to use the phone associate Tyler, took extra great care.
And was very patient when I had questions.

Been coming here for years.. was doing Geek Squad, my kids watch had to be replaced amazing experience

Best place in town to get your electronics. Where else can you find your favorite video game, or get the latest Apple or Samsung products? Got my drone from there! Love best buy! It brings out the inner electronic geeks out of guys!

Everything was great! There was a man in the section of tvs he was amazing helping me!

I forget the gentleman's name that helped me but he was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all even with it be a week before Christmas, he took the time to help me. Very professional!

Great customer service from Jason and Ariana from the TV department. They were a huge help & didn't want to give up until they made sure I was satisfied with the questions I had. Happy to say, I ordered the item that they searched high and low for & it works perfectly.

Always great and friendly service! If they don't have what I need they have no problem telling me where I can get it. Shout out to Will who is always a big help and I can't remember the guys name who helped me pick out a gaming computer but when I do I'll update this.

Thayde Murguía helped us with a purchase of a Maytag dryer. She was awesome! She explained the difference between some of the brands and how now there are options for electric or gas dryers (we didn't know). I feel like we made an awesome purchase and feel confident! She has great customer service and a bonus... She spoke Spanish with us which
was great!!
