I've used Cricket for 9 years now. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Store is clean. I never have to wait long. And if there is ever an issue they take care of it right away. My only complaint is the price of cell phone cases and accessories, too much.

We've been a cricket customer for 10 years! Recently we met with Rhonda for several new phone purchases and service upgrade, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Cricket customer for life!

I learned my lesson. No more online-only mobile phone carriers (I'm talking to you Mint Mobile!😡). Great price for in-person customer service (we bought the 5GB $30/mo. package). They had no problem with bringing our own *unlocked* phone (Google Pixel 4a) and porting our current phone number from our previous carrier and activating our new Cricket plan on the spot! (just make sure you know the PIN associated with your account on your current carrier if you want this to happen) Cricket's brick and mortar store was perfect. Small but clean shop on route 28 with nice product presentations. Good customer service, too.

The cricket store on State route 28 is pretty awesome I had a young lady named Hannah who was very polite very professional I got into my phone and hit something I should have probably not I could not get back out of it however the young lady was awesome and so is the store so I suggest if you have any problems with a cricket phone visit the cricket store on 28th

Absolutely Love my Cricket Service. I stream a lot, and have no issues with slow downs, buffering, or dead zones. Not to mention, one of the best pricing I've seen for no contract deals. I highly recommend them. I've had them for years and have no regrets or issues.

Bought a Samsung galaxy halo yesterday from Jessica O, or Jesse on her name tag, and let me tell you, best customer service I've received from any store EVER. She was so knowledgeable about everything I asked about. She was funny, kind, relatable, just the best! If I have a reason to come back in store I will make sure it's on a day she's there. I'm going to look into contacting someone higher up about the great service I received. I haven't had the most pleasant experiences here before this the blonde lady is kind of rude. Jesse is great though!

I been with them for a long time. They are easy to talk to them. If I have a problem with my phone, they fix it. There is one of the ladys that works at cricket we like her a lot.

Very great customer service. The people are helpful, very knowledgeable, and glad to help with any issues. They always answer their phone and have even stayed open past their hours to assist me.
