Peachtree Immediate Care - Oakwood

Emma was so nice and listened very well. She did a great job drawing my labs up even though I was dehydrated. Sheena was also amazing and very attentive. She got me a same day referral to have an ultrasound done immediately by calling them herself! I was very pleased with my care. Definitely will tell all my friends and family to seek care at this clinic.

Excellent experience at this medical clinic.
It was a breeze to schedule an appointment online and I was seen within a couple of hours.
The team was friendly, compassionate and capable.
My needs were met and I was out within the hour with a comprehensive diagnosis packet that contained my outlined treatment.
I will return should the need arise!!

Made appoint the morning of online. Registration was easy to complete before arriving. I arrived early and 5 minutes after sitting in the lobby I was called back, diagnosed then on my way. This is the 2nd time I have been here and I have had nothing but quick, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate care. Yes, I said quick, not the bad kind of quick where they just get you out the door as fast as they can. They listen and answer all your questions. Would recommend to anyone.

I came on Sunday July 23, 2023! And my appointment was at 2:04 pm and I was walking out at 3:05 pm! I came to get my left knee looked at and make sure I was aware of what to do. Even with the front desk attendant (being out because of labor) my visit went smooth. Hoping the front desk lady had a smooth birth. Thank you all to the staff!

Traveling from out of state and went to Peachtree Immediate Care after not feeling well for a couple of days. I Googled "Urgent care near me" and after reading several recent good reviews, I made an appointment on line. This was super easy to do from my phone. The facility was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. Very impressed with the electronic sign--in process. Basic information was requested and I took photos of my ID and insurance cards and uploaded them from my phone. I was able to sign HIPPA and financial statement of understanding with my finger tip on my phone. I was called back within 10 minutes of my appointment and waited in the exam room, which I liked because it minimizes exposure among unwell people. Sheena was my nurse practioner. She was a great listener and asked a lot of questions to help diagnose. I highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs. They are currently not taking walk-ins - you must make an appointment.

Receptionist was very helpful as well as the nurses and Dr. Haven't been to this location before but was more impressed than the Buford location. I have always gone to Buford and was so sick when I made the appointment online and accidentally scheduled for Iakwood. When I showed up for appointment at Buford, Receptionist was not friendly, no empathy, and sent me away. Thank goodness I made it to Oakwood in time for my appointment. So thankful for Oakwood!

Walked in recently with the stomach virus and I made an appt at 10:45 on Saturday, as soon as I walked in I was seen. The doctor was great in explaining what my symptoms meant and what I would need to do if it furthered. She provided me with some anti nausea medicine (godsend), as I had been vomiting for 12 hours 😭. Overall great place to be seen and the staff and doctors are really nice and helpful.

The staff were all great. From the front desk to the NP, everyone was kind and empathetic.

When I left it was also nice to hear the receptionist tell me to “feel better soon.”.

I really like this urgent clinic. There’s usually no wait (at least the early times I go) and checking in online is very convenient. Staff is nice and surprisingly thorough. I’ve never felt like cattle being herded in and out the door. Would choose this location over going to the hospital urgent care.

I came in severely sick and they went out of their way to taking care of me. They were very polite and didn't mind answering any of my questions. I am glad I made the choice to come in.

My first time ever being to a quick care to which I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was well informed on my symptoms and didn't waste no time. Would recommend to anyone!

The minute I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, and a very caring attitude. She offered to help me to fill out forms online. I got in right away. The nurse and doctor both very attentive and concerned, and I felt like they gave me very special care. Great visit!

Staff was very friendly and seemed to really care about their patients and their jobs. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back there for future needs!

This clinic is absolutely top notch, with every single employee dripping with sincerity, kindness and expertise! There's another "doc in the box" clinic down the road and it doesn't compare AT ALL to the genuine care I rcvd here! Though there'd been an unavoidable emergency with a patient as I was coming in, which made the wait longer, all the workers here, including the Doc were aware and kind and apologetic for the wait - that made me not even care about the wait! Good job, staff!!

I went in for a DOT physical, first time coming to Peachtree Immediate Care. It did take awhile to be seen, but my overall experience was amazing. Everyone from the nurses to the front desk assistant was kind and welcoming. I will be back when it is time for a renewal of my medical certificate.

The staff at the Oakwood location is amazing they are very professional and very detailed. I waited about 10 mins before being seen which is faster than usual. I will definitely recommend going to this location if you’re looking to see a doctor who spends the required time to help resolve why you came in.

I came in as a walk in. They said I needed an appointment which I found confusing as it’s an immediate care place. She seemed understanding and found a way to squeeze me in. And I’m thankful as they found I had the flu and strep and got me the prescriptions needed. Above and beyond! Much appreciated.

Great experience at this Urgent Care facility! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. From the check-in experience through seeing the provider everyone made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I checked in as a new patient using their online system which streamlined the process of completing the new patient documents and being checked in. The interaction I had with the medical assistant was great. She was understanding and listened well. The provider examined me and provided me with a detailed explanation of what she saw. The facility was very clean and there were not a lot of patients sitting in the lobby area which was good for me as it showed they are efficient.

Quick and easy to be seen. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and competent. I use Peachtree Immediate Care whenever I need quick access.

I was pleased. The wait was minimum and they were staffed sufficiently for a Sunday morning.
Each person that came into the room to see about me was very polite and patient with me. I felt very attended to. I also feel that the exam was thorough. I followed their advice and went to the hospital and am on the mend.
