I always get great service, and the drive is very nice, welcoming smiling happy. Coffee is great, donuts delicious croissants are good.

Duncan's has the Best coffees, the workers is super nice, if they make a mistake they will fix with no problem. Some people ordering needs to have some patience with the workers, they are working and they make mistakes just like the rest of us. Be nice!

Black coffee original blend is king here! This location is the best around the area! The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. The ground is level!!! If you stick around the area, you will know what this means. The parking lot is big enough but the drive through is in the tough spot depending on how you enter the lot (South entrance).

I specifically want to highlight one of the workers! Her name is Karla. Every time I go there she always has the best energy! She has and amazing vibrant personality! She makes my night every time I see her. This is at the Dunkin’ donuts on Queen City Pkwy in Gainesville!! I hope she sees this 💗

Great Dunkin’ Donuts! I’ve been going there almost every morning for about 3 weeks now and each time the coffee is ALWAYS GOOD!! I use to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in oakwood but the coffee never taste the same half the time it’s burnt or just taste disgusting. And if I’m going to pay $5 for a latte it better be good. And the dunkin on Queen City parkway is always good and delicious also very fast!!

Other than not knowing what a poppy seed is everything was great. Drive-thru was smooth.

I used to always go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in oakwood because of school. But they always got something wrong and we’re always rude. I’ve been coming here since I started working In Gainesville. This crew is SO sweet and always get my order right. I rather go out of my way to come here than to the one in oakwood.

Always good and supports a great non profit for kids! Never woke like Starbucks! Better coffee too!

I needed a last minute gender reveal pastry and called 2 other places who simply said, no we don't have that. I called this location and even though they don't typically do it, they said they would order the colored icing. I give 5 stars for the willingness and eagerness to help, even with what may be an unimportant request. It's the small details that are remembered. Thanks Dunkin!

First Gainesville, GA Dunkin' trip (im sure of many) & we loved it. Got a large coffee & 4 donuts for just over $5. Can't beat that price for the quality anywhere! Simply delicious!
10/10 will be returning many times.

Everytime my husband and I travel here from Florida we visit this Dunkin Donuts. For the past several years they always make the perfect coffee for us, and always with a smile. Customer service is exceptional.

This location was great, they made my coffee just how I like it, and their service was wonderful!

I go here several times a week. Sometimes just for an iced coffee and sometimes for 4 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of joe. They do a pretty decent job. I can't complain.

Coming from California, I've never experienced a Dunkin. I was so blown away from the price of donuts and a large coffee. Way better than Starbucks or anything else
