Sarah has an amazing team at this location. Elizabeth helped us with switching over service to T-mobile, we got a great deal on 3 lines and 3 new phones. Following days, I went back to get the kid watch phones and home internet. The whole team is always helpful with all needs and questions.

While my husband has had T-Mobile for a few months, I finally decided to move my service from Verizon who I’ve always had since owning a cell phone. The service provided by Tristan at the Jesse Jewel store was beyond what we expected to receive. He was able to answer all of our questions and we had several. My husband acquired a new watch and I upgraded to a new phone. Tristan was nice enough to transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone which was greatly appreciated. Tristan was not only patient with us but very knowledgeable and professional while handling all of our transactions. I highly recommend this store. Ask for Tristan.

Went to this store last night with the intentions of possibly upgrading from my much loved galaxy s8+ that I've had for the last 3 years. Kate and Alex were super helpful and very pleasant to work with! Kate was super knowledgeable about all the different plans and promotions and she got my boyfriend and I both set up with the new galaxy s21, and saved us some money along the way! We are super happy with the service we received from the girls at this store and even more happy with our new phones! Thank you Kate and Alex! We will definitely return to this Tmobile location for any future needs.

Maria showed excellent service today, I came in to upgrade my phone and she greeted me and helped me right away, she didn't waste my time trying to sell anything she got right to exchanging my phone and getting me on my way. This is what I like! She mentioned a few things to purchase but I chose not to cause i had already purchased them at Amazon. She was very courteous and helpful answered the questions I had asked. Please take care of this good employee she deserves it.

I’ve always enjoyed my T-Mobile Cell Service but this store made it even better! Amazing Customer Service! One staff in particular, named Dorian was a sweetheart! Helped me with everything and I walked out with a big smile on my face! Coming back here for whatever I need.

Y’all!! I went in today to switch from at&t today! Only had them for 2 months but that’s a whole other story!! The 2 ladies that were there Maria and Vickie were so nice caring and helpful!!!! Not only did they give me more for my money! They offered outstanding customer service! Ensured me that they would answer any and all questions that I may have! They did that and more!!! T-Mobile in Gainesville right beside the Kroger! Awesome group!

If you're looking for the "gold standard" in customer service, visit T-Mobile @ 1943 Jesse Jewell Parkway, Ste 800 (located between the Kroger and Senior Fiesta #2). My experience last night with Kait Costello was unparalleled! Within the first 10 minutes, she pulled up my account and proceeded to tell me how I could save upwards of $50/month on my bill. She was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and most entertaining! The "dead space" while upgrading my and my son's phone and transferring data was filled with amusing anecdotes and quick tips. She is refreshing and a wonderful asset to T-Mobile. Kudos to the manager that saw the potential in her! I left 100% satisfied.

The manager and the associates were very kind courteous and knowledgeable they help me out and got me what I wanted. The manager there could sell you ice cream if you were freezing to death but more than likely you're going to want what she offers you. Regard less of your prior T-Mobile customer service experiences you should definitely give this place a try

The store has great customer service rep! Hands down especially Rose! she was very helpful with a HUGE issue I had for several months. Also, there was a very rude client and she handle it with so much patience & professional. I would have flicked him off & tell him not to return. Honestly, I do believe he just had a bad day and took it out on her. Very high recommend there were two girls there & assist me with my issues. Ignore the bad review there very helpful

After having several preference based issues with my telephone, I popped into this branch of T-Mobile. I had recently been to the dawsonville hwy location and felt intimidated and rushed by the ‘bro squad’ (several men talking loudly and obnoxiously about cars and motorcycles, that rushed me out without really answering any of my questions and wore lots AND lots of cologne’). I was able to explain my issues with my current phone and what I needed from the next purchase to Kaitlyn, she took time (in spite of being very busy), to not only answer my questions, but also ask questions to understand my phone needs better. I walked out with a phone that I was happy with and an experience that made me smile. It seemed like I was more than just another face. Watching interactions with other customers helped me understand that between the two employees in the store that day, this was the norm. Highly recommend this branch if you need help!!

My experience at this specific location was 10/10! When I first walked in, I was greeted by some of the most friendly employees! This one worker in specific, named Dorian, really stuck out to me because he did everything with a smile and an amazing attitude! Everything I went in for went completely smooth and i’m now MORE than pleased with my new cell service!

I wanna start this off by saying that KARLA is amazing... I was dealing with CAMILA during the whole time i was there and she was Amazing as well, she had product knowledge and very good customer service skills, she made me feel like i was a friend and not a regular customer... she presented the product to me since i am not very good with smart phones and she explained everything about the device... all i can say is that i live in florida and i would drive 9 hrs just to get the same experience i got from Camila and Karla. Keep up the good work.

The people at T-Mobile out here on Jesse Jewell are very nice people. Very respectful and they help you. They explain everything to you and just wow. You can’t go wrong with them. Very pleased. Look out for Chris, Kait and Vickie. They work very well as a team.

Kaitlin Costello saved my phone. It had seized up and would not do anything and she thought we might have to plan a phone funeral. But she kept working with it and brought it back to life! She also cleaned up my apps gave me security tips and updated it. Awesome customer svc. Very kind caring and thorough. I am completely satisfied.😁😁😁

Kait, Vickey and the whole team at this T-Mobile Store are AMAZING. Fantastic positive attitudes, everyone is so HELPFUL!! Kait is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and really LISTENS to what you are saying and what you are wanting/needing out of a mobile carrier. I have been in the store 2 or 3 times and they are always VERY BUSY. However, Kait and her team are the picture of TEAMWORK. They do not get flustered at all the people that need to be helped. Kait is a multi-tasking phenom! The best part is that when I left and got home she had made an onboarding sheet that gives a whole lot of GREAT information. You can tell that the employees at this store focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE! In this day and age great customer service is a thing of the past in most businesses but not at this T-Mobile store. I am so happy that I made the switch to T-Mobile, and more importantly, I know I am in great hands with Kait and her team. That girl ROCKS!!! I just can't say enough great things about this store!! THANK YOU KAIT & VICKEY!!!

ALWAYS COME TO THIS LOCATION AND SEE KAITLIN AND HER TEAM!! I have had a ongoing issue that no one in over a year was able to resolve until I met Kaitlin. She had me come in, we went over our bill (which took over an hour) and she found the issue. The so called “team of experts in Augusta GA” that are trained to handle these thing are not worth a flip flop and could learn A LOT from Kaitlin and her team. All they kept saying was, “just pay the bill it will work itself out next billing cycle which was absolutely untrue. I’ve spend senseless hours on the phone with these people and they need wayyyy more work and training when in comparison to Kaitlin at the Jesse Jewel location. And their supervisors in customer care in Augusta GA are no better or helpful, lies, lies, lies. Go see Kaitlin, you will thank me later!!! Thank you Kaitlin so much for all of your time and efforts getting our situation finally fixed. My family and I appreciate you so very much!!!

Great experience at this location. Shout out to Rose. This young lady went above and beyond to help me out. Made this transition the one and only time I didn't regret changing phones and service. Rose is a great employee and should be celebrated
