Best Buy

I has the nicest young man wait on me. If this had been my first visit to best buy it would be my go to store. He knew his stuff and got me what I needed, answered all my questions and got me out in under 30 minutes.

They're not perfect,but they're not bad either. They're the best electronic store around that can price match. There's nothing more you could ask. I like them, their service, and the warranties and such that they offer in store for certain products. Cheers to them!

It was amazing, I haven't been to a brick and mortar store like this in a while. It was like experiencing something new. The customer service was amazing to, very personal.

Went in to get a TV instead of waiting for a couple of days for it to come from Amazon for the exact same item. The model I was looking for wasn't in the first display that I found but their staff was able to quickly confirm that the one I wanted was in stock and show me where it was in the store.

Came to exchange a laptop and Keys and Jomari helped me out. I was struggling to reset my computer and Jomari took care of it super fast. Thank you all Ryan as well for helping me make sure I got a price adjustment when the laptop didn't match the online price!

Had a computer issue and the appointment was messed up. Geeks helped anyway and although the problem was not solved, they provided great suggestions and support.

I went and bought an unlocked phone for my mom, and a guy named John greeted my boyfriend, and I immediately, which I thought was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on all the phones I had questions on. He even went as far as shaking my boyfriend, and I I hands because we both work in the medical field. John even offered to transfer my moms number to her new phone once she received it. Overall, this was my best experience in Best Buy, hands down. John should be a training manager on how to give excellent customer service. God knows customer service is no longer the same.

Best buy is the plug compared to gamestop. They always have good selection.

Good variety, customer service not so good 👎. I had just got out of work and needed a portable charger for my phone and a new controller for my computer but as soon as I walked in, from the security to every employee that I walked passed kept staring at me like if I was going to steal something, maybe it was the way I was dressed but it felt uncomfortable to the point that I just left a took my business somewhere else! This people really need training on how to read their customers.

It was actually my first time visiting there with my stepmom and my aunt because one of their phones got broken and there was a store representative by the name of Henry that was very welcoming and we stopped are panicking. Awesome experience

Best Buy has become an icon bin the technology business. Always offering the cutting edge on technology at unbeatable prices. I just got the new Google pixel 3a with a $100 Best Buy gift card included. Thanks Best Buy.

This store has some "really good "associates!! Ron in the component/TV section did a fantastic job helping me with connecting an older model game up to the newer TV. This was the 2nd Best Buy store I was in trying to get help. Great job Ron!!

My hubby needed a new printer for a project he is starting. He checked on-line but needed help locating the product in store. Survayed floor seeking sales help. The availability was slim to none. I come upon Jeremy
sitting at the desk behind the computer. Not only did he acknowledge me immediately, Jeremy quickly attended within 5 mins to assist identifying with the appropriate/needed merchandise for us. Hats off to Jeremy.

Been here a few times . It has pretty good display options

Came here to get some steam gift cards. When I went in and looked everywhere, I didn't see them. But then an employee got some from the back for me since they weren't on the shelves. Everyone was very helpful. You got some awesome staff there best buy!
