Everytime I walk in, I am immediately greeted with a Hello! Brandon is always helpful when we go in! And Ari has an AWESOME personality! Her customer service is on point! Yall are doing a good job so far in my eyes. 😊

Best Customer Service the night manager was extremely nice and the cashier greeted me as soon as we walked in the door got to the register while assistant 3 customers and he asked me about my 7/11 membership got me checked out and in no time ! Super friendly staff!!!! I travel ALOT so this means the world to me new location super clean !

Twice I’ve been there and the pump has failed on me. First time I was told there was a 2 min timer from payment to get to your car and pump gas otherwise you had to pay again. I was genuinely confused when the guy tried to tell me every gas station was this way as countless times I’ve gone to Sheetz Wawa birdies paid for gas waited for my food and then going and pumped so this isn’t try it’s not every one. The 2nd time I paid for gas went straight to my car and nothing would pump out. The young man on duty told the owner who then proceeded to tell me not to come back because you know it’s my fault. As you can see on others reviews this is common avoid this place at all cost and go to the one by San Souci or Wawa or Sheetz. Worst owner ever

I am a very frequent shopper here at this location and I’m extremely disappointed in management recently. There’s been a few times the manager with short hair has been nothing but rude and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to actually help customers or even her employees. Constantly doing the most to avoid the register. When this location first opened, the coolers were stocked with more variety and choices. Now, the selection has diminished and I’m left taking my money elsewhere. I’m extremely disappointed and was taken a back even when I asked about part time employment. I never knew a part time job required a 40 hour training week. I’ve been in management before and that’s completely unheard of. You would think as a good manager who seems to have a hard time keeping any employees would be interested in someone looking to work with them. Will I continue to go here? Possibly. Only for Ms. Carla. She’s the only one at this location who actually does her job and does so with a smile.

Horrible customer service from the manager Mary. My kids go to this location daily because it’s across from the school. It was my first time and I was in complete shock as to how Mary the manager handled the situation. Once again my kids wanted something after a game. I waited in the car and they went in. My son came out opening his brownie and noticed that it wasn’t the fudge one he asked for. My son said Mary gave him the wrong brownie. I told him to take it back because Mary gave you the wrong brownie. He came back out saying she wouldn’t exchange it. I proceeded to see what the problem was and she was extremely rude!! I asked why couldn’t she exchange it when SHE gave him the wrong brownie. She said because it’s open and she couldn’t sale it. Remind you, SHE put the brownie in his bag. He didn’t choose it, the assorted brownies was next to the register. Mary was so nasty about it that another customer told her, that was crazy for her to do because it was only $2 and could be written off. She told her it’s the principal that she couldn’t sale it. The principal!? You made the mistake Ma’am. Mary continued to go back and forth with us so I asked for her name and store manager name and left. I was so disappointed in her customer service because my son spends so much with this store and my son was stuck with a brownie that wasn’t edible for him. I never called the store manager but instead thanked God my son looked before bitting that brownie because he’s allergic to nuts, which Mary was also aware of. I also told my kids to NEVER go back to this location. They loss daily customers over $2. Mary definitely needs customer service training, this was disturbing and unacceptable on all levels.

Went inside to get a couple items plus to pay for my gas using my card and went out to pump the gas and it didn’t pump I go inside the manager there told me it timed out and that I should get the money back on my card it’s been 12 plus hours still nothing also It was a cashapp card they are quick to get the money back on card .. also I never seen a gas station time out the pump after 2 mins that’s crazy .. they need a new manager that’s for sure ..
