Extra Space Storage

I was pleased with the ease of getting a unit online and being able to move into it outside of their office hours. When I realized that the space wasn’t going to quite be big enough for my needs, I went to the office and ShaRon was amazing and helped me upgrade to a larger unit and switched me over in just a few minutes. I was able to swap units the same day (even though I had 24 hours to do so) and the app updated to my new unit immediately as well. :) I am very satisfied with my experience here.

Being my first time acquiring a rental locker, I wasn't sure how what size I required. After explaing and describing the the types and sizes of the various storage items, ShaRon was very helpful in letting me know with recommendations what size would suit me best. I was about to purchase a room that was 2 sizes larger than I needed. Her attentiveness and professionalism was apparent and much appreciated. Thank you.

This storage service in Lexington Park is by far the best I’ve come across in forty years and half-a-dozen different states. The units are immaculate and the ladies in the front office are extraordinarily helpful.
