Buckle Up Western Store

My online shopping experience was exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. The clothing arrived promptly and surpassed my quality expectations. To top it off, when one of the shirts I ordered was out of stock in my size, they graciously provided an upgrade at no extra cost. This establishment is truly a hidden gem in Springfield, and I wholeheartedly recommend both their in-store and online shopping options.

Buckle up buttercups. Spring is here and if you haven't dressed up your charming self in awhile, you're definitely in for a makeover. Marila puts a lot of time and energy into making her work sparkle inside the store. The fact that Shayna wasn't here was the best part about it. The owner found a gem of a person to run the store. I'm in awe that the only thing I could compare this to was Buckle. It isn't even close to the store brand western stores. This is pure country.🌟💗💫🏳‍⚧

I went into the store to find an outfit for pictures and Brittney was very helpful and so sweet! I loved everything about the store and I will definitely be going back, and making it one of my favorites!!

I was soooo excited about this store! Was the first one in the door for the grand opening! Felt it was a bit on the pricey end but it’s a boutique so that’s expected! Was tickled they have a custom hat bar. Sadly , the other 3 times I have been in , the person working can not do custom hats, so you can’t really get that done ( maybe if you come in on a weekend, but I live for my weekends) I purchased a hat that my husband removed the hat band from ) easy enough to put back on) shame on me for not trying it on, it’s to small. I FB messaged to see if they have other sizes. They said they do. I checked because I do not live close. When I go in they only have a small - same size I have. The girl also informs me they can’t take mine back because it was altered ( I never wore it and can alter it back) also I’m informed that I was charged the wrong price, $75 but they would let me order a larger one ( which I can’t try on) but if it’s wrong there is not a refund and I have to pay the correct price of $150. Matter fact they never do refunds just exchanges and that fact is posted no where!!! The hat is just a cute fashion hat! Like I said I was so excited and now I’m so disappointed…. I know plus size western is hard to find as well and they are lacking there as well:(

It’s an okay store I guess. Caters mostly to the poser/wannabe/landless cowboy/cowgirl community. Highly doubt anyone that works here has ever seen a horse, let alone, ridden one….

Went in to purchase a pair of boots for my husband was told 240-250 I believe is what they are when looking and after I said that we would take them okay had issues with ringing them up so lady said I will just make it a custom sale we get charged 508.66 for them the box says 240 on it so why would I get charged 508.66 for them then and of course the owner is out of town for 3 weeks for a western show definitely do not see me recommending them to anyone or ever spending any more money there my visit was on March 10th 2023 at 3:00pm
