Their products are very nice. The price for every stuffs just fine. I get my husband jacket there for my Christmas gift. And he was amazed!

The customer service is my favorite part about the buckle. The employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have a very small waist but this sales girl helped me find these BKE shorts and I am extremely satisfied with them

I was really impressed with a young gentleman by the name of Shane. He knew exactly what my husband was needing and then some. Shane saw that my husband was wearing a Sullen Shirt and brought him 3 new Sullen styles. We bought two of them This young gentleman really impressed us. All around great service and friendly environment.

Christa is an amazing employee, she’s helped me the last 2 times Iv gone in and exceeded my expectations for customer service. From walking in to leaving she helped me every step of the way (even with my crying baby) offered to order things that weren’t in my size, found similar items in the back and listened to what I liked to help me find what I needed!

Of course the product is always amazing, customer service is spot on too!

Hands down, the best customer service I've seen in years, the entire staff was amazing! The only negative was that the store was extremely hot.

The prices are high, but their service was amazing. The employee was wonderfully helpful. He gave me a small selection in my size, then asked what qualities in the jeans I didn't like, and brought back pair that fit the qualities that I was looking for. In this way, we narrowed it down to three pair that fit wonderfully. The quality of the clothing is amazing, and THE JEANS FIT ME!!

I absolutely hate going to the mall. BUT when your son wants shoes that you can only find at the mall... you go. We went to the buckle this weekend and I was blown away with how friendly the staff is. They did double charge me for the shoes but they fixed it!! This is the only store I now look forward to going to now. Thank you for your amazing service and making my time there comfortable!! I wish I got the names of the workers. You guys rock!

Excellent store, great clothing selection and you know its cool because the staff ignores old people. Not really, but I did have to ask for help and the person was great. Recommend.

Ive waited to make this review for a few weeks because I wasn't really sure how to put it into words. I have never had the experience shopping like I did in Buckle. The prices are a bit high, but the service was spectacular. I planned on just finding some cheap deals on shorts and jeans at the mall and heading home. Im not much of a fashionista by any means. I like it simple. The lady brought me all kinds of stuff to try on. I mean I tried on at least 10 pairs of jeans, 10 pairs of shorts, and maybe 20 shirts. She helped me so much. Lets just say, I left with a whole new wardrobe plus shoes. A week later I noticed one of the shirts had some thread issues on it and my husband took it back in for replacement. The ladies in there treated my husband exceptionally nice and since the shirt was out of stock, they ordered me a new one. We have decided the buckle is my new shopping grounds. Excelent work guys, keep it up!
