Bonnie welcomed me into the store as soon as I stepped foot into the property, her expertise on phones is amazing and very thorough. She showed me all the cool gadgets it comes with. Now I only go to this store for any questions I may have and always ask for Bonnie.

I had a lots of problems with the customer service including 2 managers over the phone who couldn't figure anything out i spent hours on multiple phone calls, finally I just went into this location and Isaac figured it all out in less them three minutes literally! if your looking to buy a phone from cricket come into this location and speek with Issac i wish i would have just done that weeks ago.
