The BEST hardware store in St. Louis! The staff and owner are very traditional and completely customer service oriented. They will know what will work best for any hardware need. You just can't get this kind of assistance nor knowledge anywhere else today.

Old school hardware store where the peeps there somehow know almost everything worth knowing. Service is always good. Free popcorn is a friendly touch. Glad Webster has them!

I needed two screws for a chair and they went above and beyond measuring the screws and finding the exact washer that fit and the right tool extremely fast. It was great.

This is a nice, clean store. They have a good selection and things are easy to find. Several employees offered to help while I was looking. Almost never happens at Lowe's/HD.

We spent weeks trying to work with an online retailer that claims to key locks alike to no avail. We were stuck with a beautiful handleset for the front door and nothing for the back. One stop at Schnarr’s and our problem was solved! They knew exactly which manufacturers were compatible and rekeyed onsite. We should have started the project here!
