Ann's Bra Shop

I've been going to this place since I was in high school and haven't found anywhere in the whole country like it. They will size you correctly (did you know most women are wearing the wrong size?) and make sure not only the cup and band fit right, but make sure it's the best style for your particular ... assets. They aren't cheap but they don't sell cheap products. And women that are over the sizes they can get at a regular retailer know that our bras aren't cheap anywhere. (The average price of the ones I bought was $60, which is completely reasonable for my size.)

Nancy is wonderful and helped me so much. She sized me quickly and accurately and once I told her I was needing a few work bras, she was quick to get some that fit the need exactly.

I was apprehensive after my mastectomy but All the ladies put me at ease with their caring,kind, words. Eraina fitted me with my prosthesis and helped me feel good about myself again.. thank you so much!! ❤❤❤

I arrived at the store a few minutes before opening with Debbie. Once someone that was inside unlocked the door (who never said a word to me) Debbie invited me in to look around. She immediately came over to assist me. I knew the size I needed but she was very helpful. Debbie told me that she has been there for a few months and will help me find what I needed. It started to get a little busy and as I was behind the curtain, another saleslady came over and asked if I needed any help. I did at that time and Betty jumped right in and was handing me different bras to try and adjusting the back of my straps to ensure a proper fit. Debbie was busy helping others and it was great that Betty was there to give the help that was needed. The privacy is nice as well as the fans in the dressing rooms. I have bought from this store for many years but I think a kudos was warranted for the excellent service that Debbie and Betty provided. They are an asset to Ann's. I also would note that the lady that opened the door and didn't speak to me was wearing scrubs and looked like the cleaning lady but was also a saleslady. Appropriate attire would be more professional. She should to be friendly to all customers because I just spent over $200.
I will be back and will look for Betty and Debbie for superb customer service.

I was at the store a couple of weeks ago. I dread bra shopping, but Betty was efficient and accommodating. I literally was in the store for approximately 20 minutes. Because they only had one bra in the size and style I wanted, Betty checked other stores’ inventories and had another bra shipped to my home. It certainly was a great experience.

I have frequented Ann's Bra shop on several occasions within the past several years. 11 years to be exact and I have never had a bad experience. Being that I am a "top heavy" girl, it is imperative that I have a quality, comfortable, well- fitting bra. Before I found Ann's Bra shop, I was subject to awkward fittings and ill fitting bras. I love Ann's because no matter how much
weight I lose or gain, the bra fittings are always on the mark. I have never left Ann's bra shop unhappy. I always receive exceptional customer service. I always receive instructions on how to care for my bra properly. And the bras are always cute and colorful. And they always have my size. The cost of the bra is worth it. I am more than happy to pay for a quality product.

While my first visit put me off, I have been back to the store several times now and have had nothing but good experiences since then. The associates are always courteous and friendly; they provide great customer service. They are also good at helping you find a style to work for you. They have a good assortment of bras and will be happy to order for you if they are out of stock on something.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was asked what I needed. I was attended to right away and purchased 3 items. It was only the 3rd day for the clerk who helped me. She was very nice and did a great job. I highly recommend this store.

This was my first visit. I hate shopping. The last time I went bra shopping I literally cried, I was so miserable. Today, I was helped by Sarah. She was soooooooo nice! It wasnt horrible. I actually left happy! I got sized, bought 3 and ordered a 4th. I will definitely be back! I hope they get commission because she was awesome!

It’s been 1 day wearing my new wacoal bra and I feel like a new women. For years I was wearing a bra at least too small. But thanks to Anderia wonderful service I found the perfect size and comfort. I've only had great experiences here. I have a large bust so I'm unable to find my size at most shops. The ladies at Ann's are always more than helpful and it barely takes me any time to get in and out with great quality product!

I've enjoyed my first visit at Ann's Bra Shop!!! Everyone was very nice, extremely helpful and made it such a fun experience. I wasn't expecting to spend over $400.00 - but it was all worth it... Sometimes you have to spend more for quality and it was worth EVERY penny. I will be returning.....

Excellent Bra selection. This is a must visit for women who like to buy quality bras. They even do fitting for women have had breast surgery and breast cancer survivors. The staff is outstanding they make you feel special. They are very passionate & patient with you.

My wife will not shop anywhere else for a bra. They take their time and fit her correctly. They treat my wife like a VIP which in turn makes me a happy husband.

When visiting Ann's in O'Fallon, IL, ask for Ruth. She is the sweetest and most understanding worker there! She has had 8 children, so she knows the many changes that a woman's body goes through during and after pregnancies. She understands frustrations, and has always been encouraging and patient during each of my visits. I highly recommend Ruth and Ann's for the unconventional needs that a lot of women are looking for when it comes to undergarments, swimwear, etc. Thanks again, Ruth! You are the best!!

Purchased several bras from here after getting a single mastectomy. I find that they know exactly what they're doing. The bra looks natural and fits great. I found it very necessary to leave this review for this reason. I guess this is why this place has been in business for several years. I recommend this place.

Lucy Compton at the O'fallon Illinois store gives excellent attention to each of her customers. She is very knowledgeable, doesn't make you feel rushed, and has the solution to your special problem. You will leave feeling beautiful again.

Good service and friendly staff

If you are hard to fit, or dont know your size, this is a great place for help! If you already know what you need, they will help you find it. There are pretty colors and styles. The staff is very down to earth and helpful.
