Very pleasant experience. My guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took longer than I expected, but I left satisfied. 👍🏿

Deven was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made our upgrade experience very easy.

Jakarre was a good help. He helped me get a phone 15 pro max. Helped me set it up and all quick and easy!!

Alisha, Demarcus, and Justin were amazing! They were able to fix my phone with the magic touch and actually took the time to talk to me about the problem. The Covington AT&T store had lousy customer service and actually sent me to a repair shop when I had insurance on the phone. This Slidell shop is amazing and all three were absolutely amazing to me. 100% suggest coming to them for anything and all three deserve a raise! Thank you for everything 😁

Jared was amazing customer service rep and person. He was helpful in every way. I had to come back the next day and he remembered me and we picked up where we left off the previous evening and he got the job done effortlessly. He's very knowledgeable capable and a really wonderful person to work with. AT&Tt is very fortunate to have him working with customers as I feel he is a great asset and a friendly face as soon as you walk through the door!!! Thank you so much for all of your help Jared!!

Lu and Alisha and DeMarcus were super helpful and experienced at my appointment there for an upgrade. They made me feel soooo important and special. All three of them were helping my fiancé and I. Well, i called because i couldn't find the place. The young man was helpful, respectful, and professional. When i got there, he immediately asked if he could help me. He answered all my questions in a friendly manner. He went out of his way to help me. He deserves a raise. I kinda feel bad that i didn't get his name!

Jeffery was such a great help! Immediately came up and greeted me and my boyfriend. I told him that I just wanted to upgrade and he jumped right to it. He had a smile on his face the entire time. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

I came in at the worst possible time for this team with a ridiculous number of issues and they were all kind and patient with me. Justin L helped me and I ended up being in the store for a while due to my array of problems. He’s still new to the store but was very knowledgeable and quickly got answers to questions he didn’t have. He stayed calm under pressure when the line got long behind me and I appreciate that.

Alicia was spectacular awesome customer service from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. Very patient and took care of my mom very well. We came in for an Apple Watch with fall detection and Alicia showed us multiple watches and explained all the differences to us. I would definitely recommend coming to this AT&T store. I went in to buy new phone. Walked right in and Kayla Williams greeted me with a big smile. Kayla was outstanding with everything I asked and needed. I actually took her card to be able to call her personally if I have any problems. I will definitely give Kayla 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a great experience! Jeff is above amazing and so very patient and kind. Certainly a shining example for customer service anywhere. The entire staff here in Slidell was more than helpful and could not have been more friendly. Thank you also much!

Justin is a great guy ',patience,professional ,, did great job worked very hard to fix our mess with other service . Didn't give up. Made our day . Inspired us ! Had wonderful coworkers willing to assist him in anyway . Trust me he worked several ours on this problem and was so positive and patient thru it all. Give him the recognition he deserves cause u had to be there to see and hear what he went thru!!!!

Going to the ATT store has been such a pleasure. The staff is so cordial and always keen to having a good conversation with you. Jordan S. specifically was such a breath of fresh air during my time there. Trying to get anything taken care of the phone seems like an exam in nuclear physics, but Jordan was able to handle my concerns with ease and understanding. I appreciate his passion and love for the job. It is very obvious through his tone, professionalism, and knowledge of the issues specific to ATT. Thank you.

Jeffery G. was amazing! There wasn't anything he needed improvement on. The iCloud back up had been turned off on my phone and he was able to recover everything and transfer it to my new phone. He was patient and very helpful all while being friendly in an authentic and organic way. One of the top experiences I've ever had in an AT&T store!!!!

I visited the store on Northshore Blvd. In Slidell, La and Kayla Williams was excellent she was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She explained everything and answered every question I had. And I would recommend her to anyone. She greeted me with the most friendly smile. So far I'm loving my new device. I got the Galaxy Z4 flip

The service was great!!! We were upgrading two of our phones to the iPhone 13. Jeffery G activated our new phones and synced them with our old phones. Our experience with Jeffery was exceptional. I would refer anyone I know who's interested in getting a new phone to go see Jeffery at AT&T.

This store is by far the best store in the area. The store manager Tray went above and beyond to help me accomplish what I was there to accomplish. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Jared was also VERY helpful and answered every single question I had. I highly recommend this specific AT&T store! Make sure you ask for Tray or Jared :)
