Thank you to the Brewer post office, the only post office that actually answers their phone and is willing to listen and help you!

The National phone tree had no options that were anywhere close to my problem. No matter how hard I tried, there was no option that allowed me to speak with a human being leaving me very frustrated.

As a last resort I just started calling random post offices and only Brewer actually answered their phone. Not only did they answer, they listened and actually tried to help me.

Thank you Brewer, I really appreciated that you listened and tried to help.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Awesome service, great bunch of folks that have the best attitudes in the business. John goes out of his way to get you your packages, even when "lost en route"! Thanks John! Kudos as well to our local carrier (can't remember his name for the life of me). They really do deliver, Lol.

Kelly the post master is terrific and the clerks are super nice and accommodating.

For a post office... not super bad , I had kind of mixed bag with the employees there some have been helpful and very customer oriented. Some of them seem like they would rather be somewhere else and make it known with by how they treat the customers. Overall, not bad.... for a post office..

The post office personnel, in the office itself, have been pleasant and professional. I have had packages that have been posted as delivered, that I never received. I was sitting right in my livingroom as the mail was delivered and received a "sorry we missed you while you were out. We tried to deliver a large envelope but you were not home." Which was not true as I watched the mail get delivered. I was expecting important papers. I was given a paper telling me it was yesterday they tried to deliver it and could go pick it up at the post office now. I went to pick up the envelope and was told it was not at the office yet, since it was in fact today they were supposed to deliver it, while I was home watching. Today was not my regular delivery person. No, I am not impressed.

It's almost like every package has to marinate for a day before getting delivered. It's not even the people, It's a systematic issue.

The dropbox is always stuck and the lobby closes pretty early everyday. Major pain if you sell things online. All 5 of the mailboxes outside are too small even for the smallest of packages. Both the post offices in the area suck because of these things

Too lazy to look for a package I had held at the facility, then proceeded to send me on a goose chase on my package. Lost out on $120

Trying to tell them that I had a flag up on Friday and no one took the mail. Frustrating

Worse service ever! I always tell people not to use PS WITH YOU. Always a PROBLEM.
