I believe his name was Craig and when I glanced at his tag it said manager and I’m very satisfied with his customer service. I saw they had a sign saying spend more then $75 get $15 coupon and he really sat there and helped me sign up and made sure I got the coupon and helped me get protection on one of the items I specifically shopped for! Awesome awesome customer service and very polite, recommend him !!

Picked up an online order. It was very easy. Went to cashier, showed my i.d. and they handed me the order which was ready at the counter.

Brought my laptop for a free tuneup. Service from Carlson was exelent. I will go back there for my computer needs any time

This place always has what I need! Been here for office supplies, electronics, and they even had Nintendo Switch games for $20 off for a bit. Last time I was in my cashier was Marty and he was great, very helpful and friendly and he dealt with some rude other customers very calmly. Great staff and a great clean and friendly store!

Wow, just wow. Christa and Kristine from the printing department went so above and beyond in helping me with my Holiday cards that I honestly felt obligated to write my first Google review. Since the cards were original designs, the printing was slightly off. They did not stop working towards a resolution until they were to the standard I was hoping for. It is so rare to see such selfless customer service from a big chain such as Staples, so just know that if you are lucky enough to stumble upon this location, they WILL treat you right. Thanks again.

Great experience. Young salesman extremely helpful . Bought an office chair that was out of stock. He informed us that we could order it and have it delivered in 2 days with no extra charge. Then he set us up at a computer to enter our information. Cashiers pleasant and trying to move check out lines quickly. Loved my shopping experience during a very busy time of year!!!!

Bought a printer, liked the employee who helped us. No high pressure, just gave us information on what we were looking at, let us make our own decision, found us a better deal on printer ink on line, and price matched it, had it sent to our house. Great service

I had no idea about the printing process was done at Staples when I went inside the store associate helped me he was so AWESOME. I returned 2 days later to do printing again I was all set to do it myself. Thanks for the great customer service!

Went in to purchase a Zagg Folio for my I Pad Pro, the salesman Alex was the best. He checked it to make sure it was the right one, met a better price and installed my I pad in it. He was the best! This is my go to Staples store in the future. Great experience.

The staff is available, but the store seems to be busy all the time so get your self-service hustle ready.
