7-Eleven

This is one of my favorite 7- 11 stores. It’s stocked up well. The service is prompt and staff is friendly.

Great Store , Employees Are very helpful . Great Change Around :) Clean environment .

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Placed an order on Uber eats for a 24ct ice mountain water only to get there n be given 2 single bottles of water not only that the staff was rude and racist. The two guys working there today 1/31/2024 treated every black person that walked in to pay like trash. I do not recommend this place to anyone’s…

Super rude employees. Well all accept for one. I went in this evening for lottery. Now, the employee comes from the back to see what the other two were doing. He was about to help me but another guy walks up to the register so I say go ahead and help him. I've stood there for about 3 minutes now. So finally I say excuse me I want to get lottery he says it's not working don't you look at the sign? Sign is on the back of cashier paper and off to the right instead of sticking it in the middle of the plexiglass by the machine. I'm sooo sick of the rudeness and the unprofessionalism of the staff. I spend a lot of money in the store.

This guy is the worst! NO ONE ELSE CLOSES THE STORE TO MOP THE FLOOR.
No signs posted about it being closed, he is rude and lazy, and makes me not want to shop there. I went there at 1am, to a business that’s listed as being OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY.
If you’re gonna close, POST A DAYUM SIGN ON THE DOOR-change your hours with google so the rest of world knows your hours!

They just got me for 5 dollars and they number dont work when trying to call and inform what happen lesson learned on my end

The cashier has very poor hygiene. I believe he's the person pictured in a previous review. I literally watched this man rub his fingers through his hair, then pick up hot food afterwards. Didn't wash his hands or put on gloves. & the hooded sweatshirt he wore was filthy. Do not eat from here. Do not shop here. Disgusting!

Very bad attitude towards customers, I always go for pizza in the evenings after work, but they don’t, they say that they have cleaning (although they are full of pillars in the window, there are a lot of pizzas)

$3.30 for a 16 oz Pepsi I don't think so

Went to buy a 10W -30. After paid for bottle noticed it was open. Talked to employee and ask to replace it. He told me NO. And told me to call 711 corporate. I went to Citgo block away and bought another with smile and great service. This 7-11 have Worst customer service. No one cares and always on phone or sitting on back areas. Before buy need to cleck products. Expired on shelves. Hot food case empty on weekends and employee refuse to make. Worst 7-11 ever. Hopefully 7-11 will give me a right answer.

I come here almost every day, and use my 7-11 app. Unfortunately there are people that work here that don’t know which way is up on how to use the app. One being the elderly gentleman who got sour about it and the woman that usually works afternoons has a very nasty attitude and always a foul look on her face. Try smiling it so much better than looking like you are smelling something bad! The 2 better employees are the husband and a lady who usually works early am on Saturday and Sunday! Those are who you need on the front lines! The store is always clean and always has what I want, that’s the reason I go! But you really need to fix the attitudes you have there before they ruin business! It’s sad when you complain to a friend or a coworker and they know EXACTLY who you are speaking of! Get it together and wipe those sour pusses off your face! And stop being so angry for having to wait on people and provide customer service! IT’S YOUR JOB!!! Today I was forced to call corporate and report this place! The service here is beyond reproach and the ignorance level is through the roof. They would rather rip people off than do their jobs properly. My heart goes out to the owner. He is the only one there who provides customer service and know the business. Honey do yourself a favor and hire outside of your family. they are rude, and do not know how to do their jobs and will ruin your business!
