Fantastic in every way. Under New Management, there will be new attitudes and a friendly atmosphere. I no longer shop there since the salespeople and store manager in particular were disrespectful, harsh, rude, and in need of attitude improvements. With myself, Mackenzie, and Simone, as well as the new shop manager Nicki, she was wonderful and patient. As soon as a customer entered the store, they would meet them and work with them until they were satisfied. I will keep visiting the business as long as Nicki and her fantastic staff are there.

Absolutely wonderful. Under New Management means new attitude and a welcoming atmosphere. I stopped shopping in the store because the sale associates and especially the store manager were disrespectful, nasty , rude and in need of attitude adjustments. New store manager Nicki was great and patient with me as well as Mackenzie and Simone. They greeted all of their customers as they walk through the door and worked with them until they were happy. As long as Nicki and her outstanding team is at the store I will return.

I love this place! The manager ❤ she’s been here for a good while and she has always been so helpful. She takes her time to assist with putting styles together for me to helping me making good choices when it comes to prints. She holds down the floor with those nasty nasty rude customers that come in cursing and allowing their kids to just rip the place apart. *Keep up the great work and I’ll be back as often as I need to.

I came here to find a winter coat for the first time. As, I came in I was greeted immediately by EVERY staff member on the floor and register. I found a very nice selection of coats to try on. The staff members kept asking me if I needed assistance, or had a question, and If they can with help me with anything from time to time. Other than the coats, everything else was very nice, the clothes, accessories, purses, very nice. Even all the lady customers were nice and friendly. In conclusion, I found a very nice coat that I get a lot of compliments on, they gave me a nice 5% discount on top of the $40 dollars I saved with the sale at the time. I found a new store I love, the energy, and the staff are so delightful, such a place is very rare to find now a days! Thanks ladies for making me feel special and welcomed in your business, I WILL RETURN!!! :)

Went to buy a gift and was pleasantly surprised they had 30% off. Store was clean, clerks very friendly and helpful. Store was not crowded. Not sure if masks are required. 1 clerk wore one the other did not.

Great atmosphere when walking in. Theres a new store manager (Nikki) thats friendly and greets you with a smile when you walk in and, people were having fun while shopping. There was dancing 😂. All in all, a great experience.
