Mr Richard is always in a great mood when I come in the store always friendly and always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done he should be commended for his customer service skills I believe this man deserves a raise

Richard is the main reason I come to this store his customer service skills are out of this world

Terrence is always so helpful when I come into the store and always in such a pleasant mood

*Update* Refuel did eventually make it right and pay for the repair. My husband and I were not advised on if they checked to make sure the car wash is okay or has issues so I would still be cautious if you too have a Prius. I have never had any issue with any other aspect of this location the staff is friendly and store is clean. Just had issues with the car wash.

I would not recommend using their car wash. It ripped off the entire wiper arm on my vehicle and they did nothing about it. The sign says wiper blade damage nothing about it being able to completely destroy the entire arm to the wiper down to the bolts.

Just saw a cockroach the size of my thumb in the women’s bathroom right next to where they serve and sell food. Changed my mind real quick about eating here ever

Came in the store one morning to notice the man making the sandwiches in the morning wasn’t wearing gloves while touching food people are going to buy!!! Gross!!!!
