In my opinion, after giving my business to several other stores that this place is by far the best. It's not a chain, more of a ma&pa place. The owner and his wife are absolutely wonderful and helpful. There's a wide selection to choose from, and if they don't have it...they'll order it. The store is pleasant and very clean. No more shopping around for me! The location is right on Rt. 83 but bc it's in a small strip mall it can be easily overlooked, keep your eyes open, it's worth it.

Great prices. I travel from trevor Wisconsin just to go there because nobody has the flavor I like nor the great price. Highly recommended

This place is amazing! He’s got coils for almost everything and when I come in with my old tanks the owner is always down to order them if you ask!

Mike the owner is amazing and i always appreciate his preference on the vapes, he always does such a great job on what I like, he pays attention and I love that, but vapetricity has everything you can imagine, plus they have a point system where you rack up points to get money taken off you're order, it helps alot. But I will recommend this place to anyone, I will give it a 10 ⭐⭐ best place hands down 😄👍

I've gone here a fair bit over the last year. The staff are very friendly, delightful to talk to and knowledgeable. Always help me find what I needed at a decent price. Doesn't hurt that they have a big gorgeous dog who I'm always happy to see :)

Very caring family owned business. Have taken great care of my mothers needs time and time again. They've created custom mixes for us that have worked very well. Tammy has even went our of her way and met my mother one time to make sure she had the products she needed while I was out of town as my mother doesn't drive. You can't beat that level of service! 5 stars all day 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

None of the other shops in the area (Gurnee, Round Lake, Grayslake) compare to the amazing customer service and staff. The owners Tammy and Mike are the friendliest people I have met since moving here, they have gone above and beyond to make sure all my favorite juices are always stocked and they have ordered any specialty items I've needed as well.

I urge all my fellow smokers to support them. If you're looking for a place that has a large variety of flavors, all the latest products and accessories, and the nicest staff, this place is for you and everyone you know.

I go here all the time, and have never had a poor experience. Really friendly and inviting staff. Very knowledgeable and willing to help you get what you need. A well deserved 5 stars.

Went there today and thought they were closed but in fact they are only closed for inside the store shopping. If you're facing the main entrance go to the left towards the back of the building and there is a "drive-thru" type window. Go up to it and ring the doorbell and someone will help you with your purchase. If you are as lucky as I was, you'll even get to meet Fozzy, a large poodle mix I believe, who I wish was for sale!! I even met his brother Socks. Great customer service, very informative and knowledgeable. Will definitely be visiting again!

The owners are 1 of a kind people who will go out of there way for anyone. I personal wanna thank them for helping me out I could not find baby water in the stores one day for my son because everyone was buying it up the next time I went in they had bought 6 gallons for me. It is reasons like this I will continue giving them my business they are true selfless people! Thank you guys

Nice clean shop, with a great selection of products for beginners, advanced and every one in between, without all the crazy mark-up I've seen at other vape shops. Very fair pricing. The juice bar is nice, and the samples of their house juice I have tried were fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful too. Check these guys out!

Mike and Tammy are truly the nicest people I have ever met!! They are always friendly and helpful even with all of my questions! I will not go anywhere else for my vape products.

Nicest two people that run this business. If you like something they have, they will order it for you. Friendly and knowledgeable and extremely down to earth. They provide alcohol wipes with every purchase during the COVID-19 thing which they don't have to do but they do for your safety. The people really care and it shows. Excellent, vape location, highly recommend.

This is not the same vape store that it used to be. The owner, Mike, is incredibly nice and they have a HUGE selection of vape products. This is now my new favorite vape shop.

I'm looking forward to doing more mod reviews, juice reviews and RDA builds. On my next visit I'll be looking to review some mech mod options along with pricing and builds.

I’ve gone to Vapetricity twice now. Both times have been on the weekend and I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeff. Jeff is awesome, he’s patient, kind and knowledgeable. Vape shops, these days, are a dime a dozen and typically (in my experience) operated by some shady person who gives off the feeling like you’re annoying them by asking questions. Jeff will make you feel comfortable and like he has all the time in the world to provide his expertise of the topic. Whether you are looking for a new flavor, rig or you’re completely new to the world of vape this is the place to go!

I've been in a few times now and the customer service has been excellent. The shop is well organized, inviting, and has an amazing selection of house and name-brand flavors as well as gear.
