I was in need of binoculars for some birdwatching with the grandkids out by the water, but they were missing a box. However, that didn't stop Patrick. He went the extra mile and made a call to vineland to find a pair for me. Now that's what I call going above and beyond! His dedication to helping me enjoy my time with my grandkids was more then I expected. I can't thank him enough for his kind assistance and outstanding customer service. This evening, I went shopping with two very rambunctious little boys. NAJEE in the shoe dept could not have been more patient or helpful. He was friendly, attentive and stayed close by. He offered to assist me with online ordering. At checkout, KEVIN was cheerful, knowledgeable, and helped me use rewards that I did not even know I was eligible for. Anyone that can help me save money with a smile on their face is amazing. Tonight was, by far, the best customer service experience that I have had in this store or any of your other stores.

Purchased a bicycle yesterday for my son at your location in Mays Landing Nj. I wanted to commend your employee, Lamar. When we approached him for help he was in the middle of tuning up a bike. He quickly jumped to assist us. He took his time to pull down bike after bike and help us find the perfect bike. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Tuned up the bike and installed a recommended kickstand as well. Thank you for your outstanding service Lamar.

I sneaker shopped at the Mays Landing store today. Stephen was the salesperson and I just want to commend him on his knowledge of the many different styles, treads, sport specific sneakers etc.
He truly went beyond the call of duty in helping me with my many questions and the numerous pairs of sneakers I tried on. Give that man a raise. ( even if he is a Miami Heat fan) hahaha!

First time buying golf equipment and Elijah and Steve helped out tremendously...very understanding and even guided me through the entire way. Elijah also helped me with my back swing . Great group of employees.

Spring sports equipment available. Good selection of sizes now. We were there for youth baseball clothing.

Just got back a little while ago after seeing Steve the bike technician. He helped me out a few times already after putting together my bike and making some modifications. The brakes are always giving me trouble but he was able to make the adjustments needed and was very thorough. Thanks!

I have found that other Dicks stores dont have a large womens shoe selection, but this store definitely does! The employees are very friendly and helpful, especially the ones in the shoe department. Not only do they have a great selection in women's shoes, but the store as a whole has great variety in everything. Things arent the cheapest here, but you are paying for better quality brands. My advice is to sign up for a scorecard (which is free) and always check for coupons before going shopping (not just here, but any Dicks). Definitely check this place out!

I bought an item online and had to return it. Walled in. Got in line. Got helped. BOOM! DONE!! Quickest return ever!! Dicks has me sold to come back!!

Everyone was helpful. Best place to go for sports gear. I also got a couple of things on sale. I have my eye on one of their truck bikes.
