Just a simple PB&J run with an after thought of Alani energy drinks. Everything was there I was looking for EXCEPT the “Kimade” but it’s ok I know it’s popular, maybe next time! Thank you!

Visited the big Kroger in Johnson City near East Tennessee State University . It was a super nice store. Clean. Very friendly workers. Lots to offer. Shelves well stocked. Nice pharmacy and bakery. Super large deli. Really enjoyed shopping there. Only complaint, get more handicap carts!

I love Kroger! Way better than I do any other grocery link but I wish they would learn how to bag better. When you have heavy items they should be double bagged and never put anything other than bread on top of eggs!! **edit** I must say that the bagging issue has gotten much better!!! Thanks guys and girls for being on your A game!!

Nice store. Prices are good. Meats looked fresh. And what a big store. Friendly employees. If you can not not find a section you need,they have a isle finder chart hanging at the end of isles. Was impressed. Will go back.

Everyone here is so help full I all ways come here when I need something special they carry brands most other stores don't.love the cleanliness of the store for it to be so old.I used to down the road from the store and ask my parents got older it was very convenient for my mother to drive to it is in a great location for people needing groceries and don't want to travel far or walk or ever through a store hunting hunting what you need. I hope they never close or if they do I hope they rebuild it the same area God bless God bless America

We went to the floral department to purchase an arrangement for a friend in the hospital. The lady named Beverly who waited on us was very helpful and friendly. She suggested that we buy a holiday arrangement in a candy striped mason jar. It was just what we needed. The price was within our range, also.

Awesome as always. This is a busy store so don't plan on a quick trip but you'll. Find what you're looking for at a low price. Kroger brands are great too. Huge Kroger fan! Even use them for Pharmacy.

Good store for many things but beware of outdated food. I've seen outdated food in there several times and they never seem to rotate their stock very well. I saw some small bags of nuts near the frozen organic section today that were outdated 6 months ago (June, 2017) while their workers are always walking around joking, they don't have time to rotate outdated stock. Buyer beware. The mgr doesn't seem to care much about it. IMHO it's a poorly managed store.

Death in family. Very heavy snow storm. Kroger made meat and cheese trays, different kinds of fruit. When I called mgr answered in floral dept. They were definitely short handed. He took my order for floral arrangements. He transferred me to deli and bakery, no-one there. Told me to hold while he walked over there (long walk) a and left message. So helpful. Funny thing he couldn't understand some of my words. I ask " can't you understand my east TN. Twang?" he definitely had a northern accent. He replied "no mame just wanted to make sure so the order is correct." "sure" I replied. We both had a good laugh!
Would like to add Kroger roses are beautiful as well as affordable. Floral designer Sharon, does an excellent job. She is very talented and open for what you want. Very pleasant. This is just two examples of why Kroger's on Sunset has my my grocery store of choice for 20 plus years.

I only shop at Kroger and Sunset Drive has the friendliest staff and they are always happy to help with any questions I have.

Always finding something for lunch. Run in & run out to car. Pricing is easy, look for yellow price stickers, like the salad bag 1.99 just right. Back work to enjoy light lunch til home. Kroger does me RIGHT!

So the building is a little old but it is in the best location for all of North JC . Always warm and friendly, produce fresh along with meat dept. we order our Christmas roast every year . Hope they will do some remolding soon. All in all best place to shop in north JC.

I love Kroger . I have shopped here for years even when I lived in another state. It has a lot of items you can't find in the neighborhood grocery store. People are friendly so that's a bonus.

My dealings at Krogers has always been exceptional. Between the selection the price and the convenience of the store. The Kroger Plus Card plus the Kroger credit card saves us a bunch of money.

I work where here I’m a courtesy clerk and Cashier... I must say everyone is friendly that works here and we love to greet every customer we meet and if you need help finding any product we are more than happy to help!!!

Great deals going on right now for Thanksgiving, lovely looking produce, wonderful service from cashiers and customer service representative. Store is always clean and with a well-lit parking lot.

Clean store and nice staff. Prices weren’t bad.
